Dr. El-Khatib is a great doctor. He is helping me manage severe pain and always takes time to explain procedures and has great bedside manner. I visited him in Attleboro yesterday and All the persons at that hospital were absolutely amazing, friendly and the appointment went extremely well (special shout out to Paula who checked me in). Unfortunately getting appointments are difficult and you have to wait unfortunately but results are worth it.

I highly recommend Dr. ElKhatib and the staff of SMG Pain Specialists for their genuine concern and care for their patients. I have been a patient of Dr. ElKhatib for a period of time because he has always taken the time to listen and work with me through my pain issues. He uses his knowledge to help remedy my issues. He has a genuine concern for helping his patients and does whatever he can to help. He stuck with me so I have stuck with him. His staff works with him as a team and have always treated me with respect and have worked around my concerns rather than legalities and logistics. I saw Dr El-Khatib recently after having years of stomach pain issues and i loved how nice the staff at the front desk were and how pleasant, knowledgable, caring & helpful Dr.Khatib was. He listened to me and understood me, although we are both still trying to figure out some things to help me, we have a start and a plan and hope and that means the world to me. It is torture living with excruciating pain especially if you are not being helped so it is a relief to find a caring doctor and great nurses/staff. Thank you all so much !
