I used Community VNA after both of my knee replacements. Their nurses were knowledgeable, supportive and answered all my questions. They were on time and were careful with the care of my knee and always assessed me thoroughly. The physical therapists were reassuring and, literally, got me back on my feet. They called me prior to arriving and I could always count on them to be there. Thank you, for making my knee replacement a complete success!

I would like to say the nurses were very caring and professional. I would especially like to say thank you to my PT Beth Baker. She is not just professional, but encouraging and caring. Beth is tough, but someone like I am who is stubborn, she is a perfect match. I don’t believe I would have done as well without Beth. I would highly recommend asking for her and this agency. Thank you. Barry Blanchard

I'm not a client this is about your workers. Who have been told by several people in our complex about them parking in resident parking. They have been told to park in visitor parking. When you say something they're rude and some have even swear at us. If you want more information you can epost an email where I can reach you.mail

Physical therapists were great. They were punctual and good to work with. However, the nurse that I had was 2 hours late. She never explained why she was late. She tested my blood and left a bloody test strip on the floor.

Nurse seemed to have no knowledge of infection control, do not follow up on anything and the office does not help in getting information. Least of the problems is the fact that they do not work with their clients on scheduling visits. It’s call in the morning and give out a time or should I say range of time. Very incompetent overall would not use for my family again
