I have been getting regular massages from Bethany for the past few years for neck and back pain. I always leave feeling relaxed and free of pain. I only wish I could go every day. I have been going to Bethany for regular massages for the past year. I also work in health care and perform a lot of repetitive movements throughout my day which have lead to some mild pain in my low back and neck. I sought out Bethany's help in hoping to mitigate some of the effects of my job and also as an adjunct to my regular workout routine. I have been very impressed with Bethany's knowledge of neuromuscular system and her manual skills as a massage therapist. I used to have off/on low back pain for the past few years but since going to Bethany I have not had pain at all! I would highly recommend her to anyone with chronic pain who has not tried massage therapy as a solution.
