Dr. Hoffman is absolutely wonderful. My sister used her for her daughter. And I have been taking my 5 yo daughter ever since she was born. We live in Huntsville, and I find it worth the drive to see her.

We absolutely love this clinic. The provider and staff are the very best. Anytime I have questions or concerns about my children's physical and mental health I am provided with answers if not I'm given references on where to go for appropriate treatment. Michelle is great as a person and pediatrician. We love her and Stacy as well. They always have a smile on their face and both their positive and friendly attitudes really makes our visit so much easier. My family and I recommend this clinic for your pediatric needs. We love them!

Mrs Hoffmann has been there since literally day one with my kids as their first nurse but now she there primary care. Probably the best there is. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Could not recommend a better doctors office.

We always see miss Michelle and she is amazing! By far my all time favorite ! She is so caring and makes u feel like your opinions are valued !! If my kids are sick they always get them in on that day which is great! Our nurse is usually Stacy and we love her just the same! There all just amazing and so friendly and caring !!

My kids have been seeing Michelle Hoffman since they were little and I absolutely love her she will go beyond to help you, if there is a issues she's honest and will tell u if she doesn't have the answer she will do her best to find it and get you the needed answers or help, she explains things if you don't understand them to the best of her abilities. I can't say enough about her Nurse Stacey God she is such a blessing, she is the sweetest and kindness person they make u feel like family and they will do there best to get your child in as soon as possible ?

My kids have been going here for a few years and I absolutely LOVE them, they are so kind and polite and listen to your concerns as a parent and they make my kids feel safe and comfortable. I will never use another Dr for my kids! I highly recommend them!

I've been a patient at medwest for nearly three years now. Last year, I began experiencing heart issues as well as issues with my blood pressure. Being an overweight woman, I was fully prepared to have my symptoms dismissed or minimized because of my weight, as that has been my experience before. But they never did that. She got me an echo and medication started for me, and I have lost 30 lbs, but my symptoms haven't changed and some have even become worse She has been there through every step, keeping check on me, changing the meds if they aren't working or I have concerns, and just really listening to me. She has never treated me with anything but respect, and I am so grateful. When I was the one that brought up my weight and told her I was working on it, she told me that that was great and she supported it, however we were going to treat what was going on now, and we could reevaluate that if needed.
Having a medical professional actually listen to you is really a great feeling.

They have also helped me get my anxiety under control, which is also a huge deal for me.

I really love this clinic.

Went to this clinic as self pay for a sick day. They only tested me for flu which was negative. My symptoms were chalked up to “viral in nature and something that just needs to run its course .” I was urged to treat myself over the counter. Woke up the next day with worsening symptoms.. the clinic was closed to only pediatric patients. I went to a different clinic turns out I have strep. So as self pay, I had to pay out of pocket twice for doctor’s appointments within two days. I felt like I was not heard or provided with appropriate care.
