I found everyone at this office to be presumptuous and rude. I didn’t think they had the kids that’s wealthier in mind, it seem like they were trying to push for certain pharmaceuticals, not sure if they get incentives or not, but that’s what it felt like. I will definitely be taking my kids to a different office. The last doctors office I had was wonderful that we had to move because of work, I need to find another place that I feel comfortable again. This is not the place.

I’ve been attending Dr. Raymond Entwistle for 19 years. And all of my older siblings for most of their lives as well. I would never trust another doctor as my primary care. Every time I come in, I am greeted by a nice big smile and great fast customer service, and you can’t forget the free animal crackers at the end of a visit. Highly recommended.

Ive been taking my kids to Doc.E's office for over 10 years now and I would never go anywhere else. They have always been extreamly helpful kind polite and quick with sick appointments. Even the receptionists are amazing! my kids love both Ray and Donna!

Unprofessional in so many ways. Speaks down to you and your child. Has no bed side manners even with his young patients. Then speaks to the parent as though you know nothing and he has to explains things to you like a 1st grader. And good luck getting an appt. for a sick visit they do everything they can to make sure you don't come in so they will tell you over and over to stay home and treat at home waiting almost 3 weeks when my child was sick for them to finally agree that he needed to be seen.

I loved Doctor Entwistle & all his staff. I highly recommend!!! They are all so very nice and helpful. Dr. Entwistle is so understanding & explains things in a manner I can understand. He’s very smart and answers all my questions. I hated to have to switch doctors. I would of stayed there until my son was a teen but we moved out of state so had no choice to find another doctor.

The absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. Megan the receptionist is very rude! Dr Entwistle wrote a pain medication prescription for my son days after a major surgery. When I came to pick up the prescription I was told he would no longer write it for me because of some way they allege I spoke to Megan the receptionist. Take it out on me then not my two year old in pain. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The front office lady Lori or how ever you spell it is awful. Every time she answers the phone she always neglects me let me ask THE DOCTOR the main questions. She always has an unpleasant attitude. (If you don’t like your job quit). There was also an issue where she got into a huge argument with the other front desk lady. (Yes. In front of patients)
