I really loved the NP I saw here so I was very disappointed to find out she was leaving. I chose a new provider and now they are leaving as well. I realize that providers are leaving practices for various reasons and this is happening everywhere. I chose to leave this practice and go to another CNE provider. Hopefully they don't decide to leave as well.

My son is getting treated by these so called doctors in this medical center. I have permission to follow up with the doctors so I would know what they’re doing to him and what they diagnosed him with . I called many times . Left a message to his primary doctor and this time I’m not going to share her name here. Next time , I will
She never called me even out of respect to find out what was my concerns. All she does is feed him with different prescriptions every other week and nothing else. I’m very disappointed with the lack of care this lady has. How can you be a doctor and not caring about your patients and their families? Still waiting for your call after months trying to reach out . I’m furious with this kind of treatment and would wish my Son will go somewhere else

Called today to see if they're accepting new patients because their website says they are. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and abrupt and said no were not accepting new patients and no there's no waiting list then hung up on me. Unbelievable.

I went in several times for pain in my middle of my chest. The Dr automatically tells me I had a silent heart attack. But the pain coming back. Went to a different hospital and what New England care told me was false. I have a cyst on my pancreas which was causing the chest pain. I don't trust this facility for my medical treatment.

I've been with the group since my oldest was a new born in 2001 and followed them to the Neuro center, then back to the annex at memorial. I will never ever return. They used to have the most amazing Doctor and staff. Since it was bought out it's been a nightmare. Absolute terrible experience. My child was sick with a fever and all the extras. Nobody was there to take us inside the building for over 45 mins. They had us literally running around the lot back and forth, calling all diff numbers to try and get someone to even acknowledge us. I had to go through the front door and demand someone let us inside. Even then we waited 15 more mins at the back entrance until someone showed up. They let us in and we were in the same hallway I entered through the front. This is the most unorganized place. I really should call my insurance and file claims to get my money back and theirs. The flu and strep tests were not even conducted properly. The swab made zero contact with my child yet I was charged for the labs that obviously both came back negative. They prescribed antibiotics, "just in case." The students (bless their hearts) need to ask for a reassignment. They're bound to end up caught up in some sort of suit before they even have a real chance at a career. I do not trust this provider and their practices are not safe.

Find an urgent care. Whoever manages this place knows nothing about safety or patient care.
Allow a ton of time to obtain records. It's been a month and only a partial record has been sent to a new pediatrician. To boot their vendor sends hard copies via regular, untracked, unsecured USPS mail. Imagine your child's entire health history being sent in the mail? I can't be handed the records, but a vendor is able to access, print and mail them. It's ridiculous.

I've been coming here since the day I was born. Even after Memorial Hospital shut down I feel this place cares about their patients. I've known the staff for a long time and they make you feel like family. Not everyone has the same experience so you really have to go by your own experience. My whole family comes here too. The only thing I think they can work on is the drs being punctual but overall it's a great place.

Horrible experience been going there for years an on my last appointment they make me feel like a junkie, rude condecending treatment make me sing a document,when i asked if that was reviby de hospital legal department they got upset ,let ot be know that some of your patient are educated people with a strong background an knowlagedont trat people like we ar ignorantly specially if we are Latinos or blacks only white people got better treatment i don't think so!!!!

Yes, my this one is a complaint because they called me after their hours to give me information about my test results. I missed the phone call by exactly five seconds when I called them back I was unable to reach anybody to get these test results who calls company that you can’t call back when you’re there you’re waiting for results honestly, if you call them you should make yourself available for a callback
