Dr.Maples & Dr.Wilson are simply the best. I have been seeing Dr.Maples since birth, and she's delivered 2/3 of my kiddos. Dr.Wilson recently started there and she delivered my 3rd baby. I had wonderful experiences with all 3 of my deliveries and highly recommend either of them for prenatal care and delivery. For regular visits, I look forward to going knowing my concerns will be noted appropriately and I will be taken care of. I've never had issues getting in on short notice, and my medications are always called in to my pharmacy in a timely manner. The reception staff are wonderful and pleasant to speak to over phone and in person. The MAs in the back are great, and very easy to talk to, but also professional. 5 ⭐️ and highly recommend to anyone looking for a PCP or OB.

Never have I ever had such an awful experience until I went here. Don't get me wrong, I love Dr. Robyn Wilson and tried to move to her office here after she left ardmore. The office staff is rude, the nurse I dealt with my first visit with not only rude to me but also to Dr. Wilson. I left a voicemail and it said to give them 24-48 hours to hear back and not to call and leave a voicemail again as it will delay care. Wrongo, they don't call back. I have tried for over a week and a half to get my lab results and even left a message with the office manager and still have yet to hear back. I have been to lots of offices especially having a special needs son and have never felt so disrepected as I have here. I will be going somewhere else which is unfortunate as I will miss dr. Wilson. I hope she moves offices sooner rather than later. I am thinking about taking this up with someone higher too, this was so incredibly unprofessional.

I've held back from posting a review for this office for six months, hoping things would change and they have not. The office staff here is completely incompetent. Do not waste your time go somewhere else.

They don't answer the phones and hardly call you back. If I call from my phone they don't answer but when I call from someone else's phone they answer. They've shown a lack of care for my handicapped son. Been waiting on a neurology refural to be faxed for almost 2 weeks. They're dealing with children's livelihood and health! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I liked the doctor, but messages were never given to the doctor from the nurses. If you need to get in to see the doctor instead of the NP then you will need to book a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance. Also when I would call in and leave a message with the nurses (Which I only did 3-4 times over more than a year) I did not hear back 3/4 times. The fourth time I called in because the doctor had tried me out on a new medicine and I was having a horrible reaction to it. I called and left a detailed message and did not hear back for over 24 hours. I am now looking for a new office.

Great office. Front staff is great. Nurses and docs are great. I've always received a call back when leaving messages for the nurses. There always seems to be a doc or NP available for a quick appointment if my doc is booked.

Top notch service from doctors, nurses, and staff - miss this medical community and this clinic specifically since we moved out of state. I was always in and out in a timely manner, too! Initiating paperwork to entrust Dr. Maples with my end of life wishes (just in case!). She has earned that level of trust from me!

One of the front ladies was super nice and understanding about a payment plan for a balance I had (that I was only informed of once). The other one, she was a blonde lady, was very snarky towards me and had a nasty attitude about the situation.
