Terrible, terrible lab technicians. I had my blood drawn there twice and both times they never did anything with it. I haven't been able to get my medication because my office doesn't have results. Absolutely a terrible place to go if you need bloodwork done. No wonder there's never anyone in the waiting room.

Had to come in to pick up an at home test kit from the lab today, they made me check in and I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. The only reason they saw me after that time was because I asked for help from the front desk and they were able to get me someone sooner. The front desk staff was great but it is ridiculous that I had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes just to pick up a test kit.

Avoid for blood draws. Very long wait times with minimal staff assisting. They do not take appointments at this location but do not readily list this. Some locations of LabCorp take appointments and some don't. They should definitely improve the process here.

I recently had a mammogram and Cori was very caring and considerate. I felt very comfortable all due to Cori's approach! The procedure was quick and painless....thank you Cori! Also, a shout out to the staff at the front desk, they were very kind.

Went in today and my dr did not send over the script ( or what ever it is called to do lab work)The ladies that work there are the best. So helpful and went out of their way to get that script for me. From the front desk ladies to the lab technician ,all are so compassionate and made me feel comfortable that my lab work would get done today.

I go to my primary care doctor at Hallmark Health Center in Reading, and have a chronic illness which requires me to go frequently. They have an urgent care unit there, and a blood draw lab, and xray, and perhaps even more that I cannot remember right now. They do work together pretty seamlessly, and the staff is very good. Their hours are user friendly, the lab opens at 7am. I am very pleased with the services and the staff at this Health Center.

I've had very inconsistent experiences with blood work. I've gotten blood work 4 times this year. Twice I got in within 10 minutes. Twice I have had to wait an hour.

I read reviews elsewhere that were very unfavorable about the staff - so much so that I nearly didn't go. Some were years old, so I went ahead. Very happy I did. Blood draw lab very quick and easily accessible. Will make it my go to lab.
