HomeWell Care Services is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC; they set a high bar for in-home care. I contacted them to coordinate senior care support for someone traveling to Boston from the west coast. Danny was great in helping to guide the process. Linda who was the caregiver is also the case manager and RN. She and I bonded over conversations about caring for senior clients. She has SO MUCH compassion, warmth, a positive attitude and a professional work ethic. It was truly a pleasure to work with this company and will use them exculsively.

My family recently used HomeWell Care Services for my elderly father for almost 7 weeks until his death. We heard about them through the VA and they quickly provided an initial meeting/intake at the rehab facility my Dad was in. HomeWell's management team is exception; from setting up care to managing the care team to communicating with family members.
Our two health care aides were skilled and totally dependable. They were always there as scheduled and very involved. I was also impressed by how well they got to know my father and respected him in a relatively short period of time.
After my Dad passed, Danny was in touch to discuss HomeWell and his care. He actively listened to my personal observations and suggestions for improvement.

Homewell Care has been providing companion care for my mom for the past 9 months. We have doubled her companion hours because my mom loves having her companion do things with her. The caregiver is a wonderful caring person who quickly became aware of my mom’s needs and routines. She even recognized when my mom had a health issue/ change in status and notified me immediately. My mother was hospitalized that same evening. The companion’s attention to detail and recognition of my mother’s changing capabilities in daily life has been extremely helpful. Having such a trustworthy and kind person “hang” with my mom has significantly eased my worry level and concern as my mom ages. The Homewell Care Agency has truly been a godsend. The owner Danny and the Natick based directors , Linda and Sala, are caring, humble, responsive, easy to contact, proactive, and very helpful! They will be a tremendous asset to your family!!!!

Homewell is a great company to work with. They have a way of fitting the right caregiver with your situation. They are concerned with your needs and personality. Their caregivers are compassionate people who are very experienced. I enjoy working with Danny, too. He really works to find the right fit. I appreciate all they do, while I'm in town.

Danny Caldicott, the owner of HomeWell, is a warm, caring, considerate professional who invests a lot of time in properly matching his home health aides with his customers to ensure the best fit possible. My octogenarian mother broke her ankle and we urgently needed to get help for a few hours a day to help her with showers and basic morning routine tasks. Danny took the time to visit my mother at the rehab, learn about her and her needs, and then found a great provider for her very quickly. He came hardly recommended from several of my friends and colleagues, and their praises proved to be well deserved. I would highly recommend HomeWell for anyone who wants to make sure their loved ones are in good hands.

Over a year ago, my wife and I realized that we needed to find homecare for my wife who is fighting Parkinson's Disease. After a search and interviews with several agencies, we were fortunate in deciding on HomeWell Care Services. HomeWell was able to send us a carer who has been with us up to 24 hours each week. The carer, who I'll call "Jane", is a young, physically strong, and intelligent woman. She is respectful of my wife who is cognitively intact despite her illness. With Jane's help my wife is able to safely use a walker to navigate our condo complex and participate in a variety of activities. Jane also drives my wife for shopping and various appointments. Jane and HomeWell stuck with us when, within the past year, my wife had a 7 week setback which resulted in her being hospitalized and in rehab. During that time, HomeWell deployed Jane elsewhere, but she returned to us upon my wife's recovery. In addition to this carer's commitment, we believe she has been well-trained, supervised and supported by HomeWell. As to our direct contact with the agency, we have had excellent communication and an efficient "business" relationship with HomeWell's Nurse/Supervisor and with the manager/owner of the Natick, MA HomeWell franchise that has served us.

The communication and coordination from the Homewell Natick team have been exemplary. They kept us informed about my mother’s condition, progress, and any changes in her care plan.They always go the extra mile to help any challenge. They are transparent and proactive with communication.
