There is obviously some reviews here that seem to come from people who have not had the pleasure of dealing with this place. Possibly reviews from staff or friends of staff. Let me tell you my experience. I had to pay 500$(i hear its now 750) before seeing a doctor.It was Dr Hendrix at the time, the guy who shot himself(survived. It was in the news and a weird story) When I saw the doctor, He basically said yes to whatever I wanted. I once saw the doctor on a whim when I was scheduled. (We locked eyes and I asked to speak with him, otherwise I would have been told he is busy) I asked him about increasing my pain medication from 3 a day to 4 a day. Instead, He increased the mg to 15 instead of 10. So, In essence, Instead of getting 40 mg a day like I asked, He gave me 45. This has something do with the quantity and them flying under the radar. This place is owned by one of the nurses who works there, and the doctor comes in once a week to fill out HUNDREDS of prescriptions. They drug test you almost every single visit for 185$ (at the time) a pop. They claim its to send it off, but I watched employees empty them down a drain. They claim the state requires a drug test each month. This is a lie, The state requires or should I say recommends a test every 6 months to monitor dosage taken in the system and to see if people are abusing. This place has you pay 500$ then lulls you into a false sense of security. Then a few months later, you are extorted every month for you medication. 185$ or you don't get your prescription. No if ands or buts about it. I've known patients to fail for marijuana and leave with a prescription. I've known patients to be prescribed one narcotic, but take another to pass the drug test. They schedule visits 15 minutes apart, and turn and burn people all day long, or until noon when they start to slow down. It sucks that they do this to people who actually need their medication. You end up with them as the only place you know to go to and they are aware of that. The office staff is rude. I mean, Extremely rude, and I had the pleasure of listening to the owner curse out a phone company for some reason. The level of unprofessional actions is off the charts. It's a pill mill, plain and simple. If you want drugs to sell, and are ok with a 200$ tax each month, this is the place for you, but if you have actual pain and need quality assistance, don't go here.

Christy is arragont, rude and very unprofessional!!! She disclosed things to my husband that should have never been told to him due to HIPPA laws!! If you are currently going to this office, I would leave and seek out Dr. Gary Adam's at personal touch in Decatur. He is so great and much cheaper and actually cares about his patients. Plus you won't get screamed and cussed at when you call to check on a PA. His nurse is very professional and very sweet. I hope the DEA shut Christy down because it's nothing but a place to go to get drugs, you will not receive any help!!!

Front desk is extremely unprofessional, un-caring, rude and flat out godly awful. Have no RESPECT for their patients. They are too high on prices and quick to put you on probation to collect more money. Seems there could be a money trail. I advise anyone to whom may be considering this facility, to immediately find another doctor A.S.A.P...THIS FACILITY SUCKS. Contact the medical board : EVERYONE'S LIFE AND HEALTH MATTERS"

RUDE- My stepdaughter was trying to see a doctor there and was told that the only payment they would receive would be debit/credit in her name ONLY. When her father called to question this payment protocol the office manager came on the line and shouted at him, "How many time are we going to have to answer this question?" and "I don't think your daughter needs to come here!". Christie (name of office manager that I was given) was unprofessional in my opinion and hid behind her employees. We will most definitely take our business elsewhere.

I am very happy with the care and friendly service they give me. I think about the way they greet me and the other patients and I have to say that everyone is treated with the same respect for the most part. I am pleased with this office .
