This place sucks!!! i went into an appt in June 2024 Cigy send some prescription to Edward health so they can deliver it to me. They wasn't able due to my insurcance doesn't cover it . So i told them send it back to CVS and i'll get it there today is Sept10, 2024 and i still haven't recieved any insulin no pods no CGM NOTHING!!! been in and out of the ER in the past 3 months due to sugar related issue. I need a new Doctor ASAP.

I think this was a phone appointment with Nancy. I would much rather meet in person. Also, I have had no luck reaching the office to have my prescription refilled, and found out that the office is closed with no one contacting me about it.

Dr pena the only endcrinolgist at the nasoba the diabetis and endocrinology center is incompetent at best. I have an adenoma on my left adrenal glands that grew from 1.5cm. In 2020 to 2.7cm in 2021. Dr Larson the last endocrinologist said that mris must be done at least every 2 years on the adrenal adenomas glands must be done at least every 2 years that if they grow to 4cm they must be removed. Dr. Pena who has been at the nasoba diabetis and endocrinologist care since 2021. Has not the required a simple blood test to see if the adenomas are releasing cortisol a sign that they are active. She won't order an mri to see if they have grown. Dr pena said they don't need to be removed until the adenomas are 6m. In size which would mean they are cancerous.
I understand she is middle eastern and it is a known fact that middle eastern doctors do not have the respect for human life especially for American patients the way american doctors or any other ethnicity has respect for life and patients .
Steward medical group and nasoba valley medical center and the diabetis and endocrinology ctr in ayer massachusetts has substandard doctors and employee that is why govenor Maura Healy wants them to sell their hospitals and for steward medical group out of massachusetts.no medical care is better then the substandard care you get at nasoba valley medical center and the diabetis and endocrinology center at nasoba in ayer massachusetts

I've been going here for about 4yrs
I believe that they help save my life with the Professional services and Drs and Np and staff have gone out of their way to help me. I drive over a hour away to get there. And had my worst visit of my life 2 days ago. I found out that they are CLOSING FOR GOOD THIS WEEK.
I WAS DEVASTATED BY THE NEWS.
AND CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT EVERYONE THERE IS GOING THROUGH. THE COMPLETE LACK OF MASSACHUSETTS GOVT AND OUR GOVENER. Healey IS TOTALLY
UNACCEPTABLE. TO BE TOLD YOU NO LONGER HAVE A DOCTOR AND
YOU HAVE TO FIND YOUR OWN. IS THANKS FOR THE STATE OF Massachusetts TO SHOW HOW MUCH THEY CARE FOR THEIR
LEGAL RESIDENTS. SOMETIMES

I have no insulin trying to figure out why I can't my prescriptions filled and the receptionist hung up on me. you guys have failed to give me any appointment reminders and say it's my fault for not remembering people are part of your job if you can't deal with them go find something else to do.

The office staff is great and on top of things and the NP I see is wonderful she takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs a referral to a endocrinologist!!
