Dr. Asha Naidu is a very experienced family doctor and I have enjoyed very much in her professional point of view that she has when it comes to medication. Her tremendous knowledge in preventative care is awesome, because most doctors treat symptoms and not root causes, but Dr. Naidu treats them both very seriously and with sound diagnosis. I would highly recommend her to be your primary physician.

I trust Dr. Naidu completely! She is very caring and thorough. Whenever I have been sick and needed to see her, she has always had me come in. Brittany and Heather are always friendly and helpful! I would recommend this office to anyone!

I have been a patient of Dr Naidu for over 10 yrs, when my son came of age he chose her for his primary as well. Unfortunately, he had an injury that put him in tufts hospital for 7 weeks and in rehab after that Dr Naidu was right there and stepped in after his release from rehab even though he needed a lot of therapy and monitoring she followed thru! As for myself I was diagnosed as a diabetic and she is right on top of it by checking my bloodwork every 3 months and making changes that need to be done and when things got worse referred me to endocrinologist she always is on top of things! As for her office staff especially Heather they couldn’t be anymore helpful especially with problems with insurances and getting referrals for other dr appointments, and making sure that Dr Naidu gets your medication requests for refills. My overall experience with this office has been awesome and I would refer anyone who needs a primary here!!

Dr. Naidu takes her time, actively listens when discussing conditions, answers all questions in a manner that I understand. She gives print outs and always is on top of lab work to ensure there is nothing going un-detected.

Not only is Dr. Asha Naidu rude and uncaring her office staff is HORRIBLE! They are rude and bitter and blame you for being rude, not only was I hung up on twice by Heather, I had to hang up on Brittany because she was being rude. I am on disability and had my call on speaker with my PCA here. When I asked to speak to an office manager I was told they both were. If this is the staff you choose and is who you have to deal with before you see the doctor what is the doctor like!!!?
Go somewhere else!!!
