They seemingly refuse to answer the phone, and I have called at various hours of the day on different days throughout the past month. I first left an email and then a voicemail, and they decided to ignore both. They also take extremely long breaks for holidays and were unavailable for an entire 2 weeks just for Christmas. Even the schools don’t take that much time off. It’s disorganized and unprofessional.

I can't rate Dr. G highly enough. I've been a patient since my boyfriend (now husband) referred me to him 11 years ago. My husband and husband family are long time patients. He is very much a "home-town" doc who actually truly cares for his patients. He is one of a very small number of physicians who will tell you how it is as far as vaccines and medications. Harvard Family Medicine stopped accepting Masshealth but I continued as a "Cash" patient because I couldn't stand the other doctors that I tried going to. I highly recommend.

I've been going here for years and they are a fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is looking for a very professional and caring doctor's office. Dr. Gustafson and all of his staff are excellent. They take the time to listen and talk with you. I usually see Jen, the nurse practitioner, and she's AMAZING!

Absolutely fantastic office. The staff here is nothing short of amazing and Jen the NP is the best of the best. Dr. Gustafson has a great team! On site lab makes blood draws easy and care is coordinated with Nashoba Valley Medical Center for imaging etc. If you are looking for a doctors office that will actually CARE for you - you found it here. I am no longer a number to one of the big health systems and have never felt better!

Been with this practice for 6 years. The staff has been great. I recently came down with asthma and Dr. Gustafson has been great at helping me find the resources I needed to check all reasons for the shortness of breath. Lastly, he has been a great voice of reason and calm during my recent Covid diagnosis. I wouldn't want to be with any other practice!

I recently had to change my medical service. I found that the staff and Dr Gustafson very polite and easy to deal with. The atmosphere in the office was very peaceful.
