My new favorite pharmacy. Everyone who works there is very kind and answers the phone quickly if I ever have questions. They are also able to fill my prescriptions much faster than any other pharmacy, including CVS (who is sometimes unable to even get it in the first place). The pharmacists are great and the staff are pleasant but I’ve had a couple of experiences where if you don’t ask all the right questions and poke for information you won’t get the answer. For example if I go to CVS and the RX is high without prompting they’ll be like this is high did it go through insurance and look into it. At this pharmacy they’ll just ring it up at $300 and not think twice. I never get a call or text that I have a refill ready. I wish there was that option here or an app that I can check the status myself. If there was an app or texts that let me know I had refills ready I would give a 5 star review.

I started Ayer Family Pharmacy last Spring/Summer. It was the best decision ever made. The extra miles, the personal rapport, delivery, goes beyond measure. Nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been into. Came because my son’s prescription was out of stock at CVS and Ayer Family Pharmacy could fill it. There’s something to be said about using a small town pharmacy. The staff was incredible, not like robots at the big pharmacies, everyone is so kind and wholesome. You can tell the owners respect their employees and truly value them. Pharmacy was very well kept and clean. The best part is they are fast and efficient, both times in I was in and out and never had to wait long. They’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you!!!

Omg went in for a birthday card. Decent selection and the card was a dollar and ten cents. Where the heck can I get anything for a dollar anymore!! Plus they were very friendly
