The office pushes use of their portal but never responds. Leaves messages on read. I have been contacting the office once weekly for the past 3 weeks and have not heard back from anyone. Dr. Kobjack started me on a new medication 1 month ago and i have not received the follow up call that i was told i would get in regards to this medication. I spoke with the supervisor who was extremely rude blaming me for my “unclear message” which the staff didn’t understand which i then told her my message was not meant for the staff but for Dr. Kobjack as her and I had a full conversation in regards to my issue. Worst office. Rude staff. No one answers the phone. I will be leaving the practice.

Doctors are fine. Office not. Warm and freezing. Meaning office staff will be helpful one time and cold/totally not helpful the next 5 times. I've been in waiting room and have seen people put on hold so that staff can sort mail, or walk to the entry door to pick up a package, open it, look at and take contents to back area, then go pick up call. Tried to call at 4:35 on a Friday, office hours listed until 5pm, and recording says office is closed. I sent a message through Mychart on a Tuesday about 9pm about possible infection and severe back pain, then sent follow up message. No reply even tho message was read Wednesday morning. I visited office in person (second time I've had to do that to get attention), to find out doc had 2 cancellations today and could see me!! Office probably short staffed, but still!! PAs, RNs, others are great, no complaints there!

Dr. Kobjack has been great. I was with my previous doctor for my entire life and he never took me seriously. My first appt here was over an hour long. She listened and answered every question I had, took notes and kept me informed with her plans for my care. I am so glad i made the jump from my precious PCP to her.
