Very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns, took time to explain process and set up time for equipment. Kelsey the respiratory therapist who I met with provided excellent customer and client service. More importantly her professional approach and testing the equipment and explaining how it works, was able to put my mind at ease and select an appropriate fitting mask. I had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey, my respiratory therapist, today for my initial consultation. She showed me how to use my new CPAP machine and how how all the equipment goes together. She helped me select a mask and properly fit it to my face. She answered all my questions and coached me through setting up the APP that links my device to my phone. I left there feeling confident on how to use the device. I highly recommend Pure Medical! Thank you!

Great Service!!! I had just switched insurance and started using Pure Medical and they made sure that I got my CGM sensors in time! Called me and followed up with my Doctor. You don't find this level of service much anymore.... outstanding!
