PLEASE GO AND MEET THESE STRONG ADVOCATES FOR YOUR HEALTH! Michelle and Janet are completely different than what I was expecting for "diet coaches". I've experience the Shakeology coaches, personal trainers, countless gym memberships and NEVER in my wildest dreams did I beleive BOTH my husband and myself could be transformed. As people over 50, VERY active and very happy, our weight became an issue. If you could only see us now!
We were taught that we would NEVER succeed in our weight loss goals unless we changed the way we viewed food. (as fuel).
They explained that WE COULD NOT exercise our way to good health.
I was boderline diabetic when I began--NO MORE!
My husband's cholesterol numbers (and weight) dropped so much he's stopped snoring, and been able to (with his physician's supervision) reduce his medications.
We're member for OUR LIFE and encourage anyone who has managed to read this long-winded review to get off Google and make that call.
The care you WILL receive is substantially MORE than expected.
We wish we could give Canterbury Wellness 1000 Stars!

Ideal Protien weight loss program at Canterbury Wellness Center truly changed my life and put me on a new path of healthy living. Through great coaching and guidance from Michelle and the team At IP I was able to successfully reach my weight loss goal of 65 pounds and a size 16 to a 6! I lost about another 10 pounds in maintaince and have kept the healthy lifestyle for over a year. I was able to do this with the continued support and consistent check ins with Michelle. I will continue to make mindful choices through what I have learned in the Ideal Protien program!

I had a GREAT experience at this wellness center. The Ladies that work there are wonderful and clearly have a great passion for bettering the lives of those who are ready to put themselves and there health first. I would 100% recommend this center to anyone who is looking for a healthier life style or wanting to learn something about there body and how to care for it.
