I’ve been going there for 8 years. I’ve always had good service and excellent care. They follow up and answer any messages I send within an hour! The reception staff is friendly and helpful. A number of the staff are proficient in languages spoken on Cape Cod. They also see patients on some evenings and weekends. When my PCP isn’t there they can make an appointment with another staff member.
I’ve found that communicating with them is easier when going through the patient portal. I have Medicare and Medicare advantage. I followed my PCP to this practice and I had my doubts about going to a community health center because I’ve never had an experience with kind of practice or even an HMO. My hesitation was based on ignorance and I hope my PCP stays here, it would be hard to find something else this good today!

I cannot speak more highly of Scott Schmidt, NP. I went for a referral and he picked up on a much bigger problem. I was hospitalized and eventually had much needed surgery in Boston and I am currently successfully recovering. Despite my being outside the Harbor Health system at the time, he followed my progress and continued to monitor my care until I was back home. I recommend Scott Schmidt.

the nurses were fine, liked them, but the dentist I saw laughed while telling me how many cavities I had and how bad they were. literally laughed at me through my whole exam. should be fired, I felt mocked and embarrassed to have come here for help. no patient should feel ashamed and embarrassed and that's exactly how I felt.
edit: I have lowered my review to one star due to a certain dental assistant. she prepared all the instruments with no gloves on, then when she did have gloves on she touched both visible mold and the floor and kept the same gloves on while putting her fingers in my mouth. she then also made me do an unnecessary xray and prepared the bit that you put in your mouth with no gloves on, and now I am expected to pay money I do not have for said unnecessary xray. terrible staff here, unprofessional, rude, and poorly coordinated. I once waited in the dental chair for 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin.

I waited one hour and 18 minutes on the phone today before giving up and hanging up. I was constantly told by the recording that someone would be with me "shortly" and that I was #1 in the queue. Impossible.

I don't know what happened to this place: COVID did some kind of number on them because they've been awful ever since.

0 Stars, Never seen an office who has a referral dept and takes 6 weeks to get a referral from 1 Dr in Hyannis to another. They need to spend more time doing their Work instead of talking in Portuguese to each other and trying to look like Fashion Models. Office Manager must have an Easy Job there, cause nothing gets done TIMELY.. Reporting them

Terrible service. I don't know why I have a GP at all, or any Dr. on Cape. It takes forever to see anyone and when I do get an appointment they cancel it. Happened again today at this office. Called on Wed because of a very uncomfortable rash and was given a Friday appointment but they called an hour before the appointment to cancel it. Why? I have to go to urgent care for everything, it's ridiculous.
