This is the worst practice I have ever been associated with. When it was Iora Health it was wonderful! You can NEVER get anyone on the phone and when you do they are located in Arizona! After 2 days someone got back to me and after that it was a full week before I saw a doctor. By then the hematoma on my knee after fall on ice was not able to be drained (I ended up going to orthopedic specialist on my own). My primary care doctor at One Medical came across as rude and uninterested. My complaints of severe muscle pain and insomnia were dismissed. I did not feel heard or valued. There was no personable or supportive conversation. Her final words were to call my therapist for my insomnia. Because of this experience I will not return to One Medical and would not recommend it to others, especially my primary care doctor. It was a complete waste of time.

Tired of not being able to talk to my DR's office direct. Have to go through the office of one medical. I wanted an appointment with my DR, calling late February and I could not get one until April 22
One excuse after another. Wish they stayed with the old company, never had a problem talking to someone in my DR's office and not through the main office.

I had been very apprehensive about all the changes since the changeover, but I walked away today feeling that they had my back. I wasn't worried and much of that was due to the way I was treated by Christian. He understood my concerns, conveyed them to my doctor, as well as assured me that things would be taken care of and I believe him. Aside from his personable manner, he knew what he was doing and it showed. I am grateful for my team, Dr. Mahoney and Jillian and now Christian. I feel good about One Medical Seniors and am glad that I am with them.

phone calls are answered by somebody NOT in the office and had no access to information about a fax send ( and promised ) today to central scheduling for a thyroid ulrasound I also suspect that the person taking calls has NO medical background!!. What an inefficient system!!! Both my Doctor and my husbands doctor( Mary O’Neil) are leaving the practice as have several other clinicians. Something is Wrong with this primary care practice who also promises that the health coach will call and Never does( several failed attempts to get lab results and what the labs indicate.) My husband is very ill and this practice has too many layers of people and non-clinical personnel making decisions for patients ( or just not calling back!) What happened to bettter care provided by IORA This is terrible healthcare!!! Dr O’Neil has been very supportive and has reached out to a specialist to coordinate on-going care- Sorry she is leaving but she must have good reasons to do so as the other 2 have also left. Can this system be fixed? The patients are seniors and would be better served by a clinician who can access appts and answer medical questions in real time! This is pitiful.

I have been going to One Medical for over a year. At both of my yearly exams the Dr spent an hour with me. Areas of concern have always been followed up with by their staff. After Routine blood work I was called the following day with the results and given the time I needed to ask many questions. When the staff says I’ll check w your Dr about that they ALWAYS do and contact me quickly w next steps. Best medical experience I have had. Friendly and professional staff support for Drs that treat our whole health!

I was very happy to find a primary care provider here until I was unable to have a prescription for glucometer test strips filled for almost 2 weeks,. This involved the pharmacy sending the request multiple times and 3 phone calls from me. I finally got my prescription by refusing to leave the office until I had a script in my hand. I quit the practice because of this, What if the script had been for medicine for diabetes?

I sent 3 or 4 people to this practice over the past years. Now that they are One Medical they do not take my insurance any more. I found out the day before my physical was scheduled!! Iora was great......Now it has been taken over by the big guys and completely changed.
