I don 't get the bad reviews. The staff is awesome. Katy Mac was awesome, John B. Dr.Lisa-5 star! All caring individuals. The front desk could be messed up or I'd go 5 star. THEY SAVED MY Life.

Behavioral Health is riddled with incompetence. Their top priority seems to be racking up as many billable claims as possible without regard for patients needs.

The staff at Duffy is great. They are thorough, compassionate and professional. The only negative is there are not enough of them causing long wait times for appointments and unless you are on point with advocating for yourself you will fast become lost in the bureaucracy.

All in all my experiences have been positive. I wish they could clone themselves so they could help more people and not have to wait weeks or months for an appointment.

Heidi Nelson isn't doing her job. There are no experienced medical inn mental health department. All Merna and Jackaline do is take you off yr meds fast

I dont like leaving bad reviews but feel it is necessary in this case I will start of with telling u how good they have been up to the past year they were the best when I had Susan Wutzerluc as my primary phone calls where returned if I went to the emergency room they were notified by the hospital and would always give me a call to make sure everything was alright back then I believe they went above and beyond there job but in the last year The first bad experience was when I had A bad Toothache and called them About the ride to get there because I had pt1 rides they werent sure if mass health had cancelled that on my insurance within 3 months of being in pain on and off talking to them 7 times on the phone still not getting an answer never once called me back like they said they would gave up on an answer from them now I went to the emergency room about unbearable pain in my shoulders they told me at the hospital arthritis but to have an orthopedic doctor check it out that was 5 weeks ago i called duffy 5 times for my referral for appt still no phone call back as they let me suffer in pain once again next step today changing healthcare faculities to one more reliable

Been a patient here for 10 years, they seem to run in up & down cycles, with right now being the deepest down cycle I've witnessed. They are a non-profit so you can only expect so much, but the incompetence and complete unwillingness to address their own shortcomings has become a challenge to do worse each day than they did the day before.
If you don't have any other choice, then expect to be treated like you don't have any other choice. If you do have other options, well, you probably wouldn't be reading this now anyway

I've been going to Duffy Health Center of 11 years and have always been treated with respect and decency. I've always left there feeling as if my life matters. Thank You All at Duffy Health Center for all you've done, and all you continue to do for, not only me but, the entire community.
