Visited this office with my brother. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Dr Braford could not have been more attentive, caring and professional. I highly recommend this health care facility. The service and care is outstanding.

Generally quick appointments. Sometimes too quick, as though staff is rushed...Which is not Quality when needing to discuss medical concerns.

Responses to messages sent via MyChart concerning health are prolonged & you have to send more than one or call multiple times over weeks to get a question or concern addressed.

Some of the staff are friendly & cheerful, others seem a bit rough, personality-wise.

I've always been treated respectful and professional. Dr Connor is absolutely amazing honest and the best Dr I've had for two years now. The staff are very professional and helpful as well never had any problems being a patient here, if I could I'd give them a 100 star rating.

Dr. Was fine but my mother didn't have an appointment I get that. But humana will not pay for another doc so when we told the nurse her blood pressure was rising they let her sit there for 4 hours when she finally went back it was 225 over 120 she could have had a stroke in the waiting room and they wouldn't have cared nurse was rude and feeling sorry for herself .They then lied on the paperwork to make it look like they treated her properly . This place has humanity issues .Update Took my mother back to get her meds refilled and Dr. Says our systems down come back in 3 months what a joke I'm turning this place in .

I'm moving and some of my meds can't be transferred. They are not willing to help me get my meds before I move outta state even though I've been asking for a week. And Kathy Keel never returns ur phone calls, no matter how urgent u say it is. And unfortunately I cannot go without these meds. I see Dr Randolph there only. Bc Dr Connor tried to kill me. I think this place needs shut down. And again I just called for help and got brushed off. Time to call the medical review board on these incompetent people!! Dr Randolph is the only ony one worth anything there!!

If i could leave a negative rating i would.. What this place is doing is practically criminal and qualifies as malpractice. I shouldnt have to go 2 weeks+ without meds because your staff cant schedule an appointment. You should all be ashamed! Who goes into the medical field without any feeling of empathy, sympathy, or overall humanity

Low Quality Healthcare by staff. It’s almost as if people made low grades in school and couldn’t get a job anywhere else and come to work here to make doctors look bad. I guess they get paid good because they don’t know how to act with a little money, they get arrogant and are not humble. Staff mistreats patients, don’t know how to talk or behave professionally, and act like they own the place and your life means nothing. Never seen such circus ? Jumanji style healthcare in my life or on tv. F+ quality score at best. (edit: found out Conner is having a relationship with the male nurse who physically assaulted me with the door which is why she decided to lie to me and refused to do my paperwork for disability of which she has done for many patients she likes (have proof of that by the way). ? boom! onomatopoeia worthy). The question the person owning this place should ask is how can we train or improve our practices to live up to our name? When that question can be answered and properly addressed, I think ? this place could do a 360 turnaround and change public opinion which in turn would increase profits! Win-win for everyone!

Not once but twice this place made my disabled mother stand outside on a cane in the weather once when it was freezing outside the other when it was mid june. Then Dr. Conners wont return phone calls about refilling medication she needs for weeks allowing her to run out. Then after weeks of no communication she calls and changes the medication completely without even telling or explaining it to her. If you love you family memeber dont let them go to these quacks!
