Andre was spectacular. I needed a stair chair lift and my girlfriend had worked with him to get it measured and installed within a week. So when I came home from the hospital it was there and ready for me to use. It is a Godsend. I can’t thank Andre and Susan for getting this done. It’s such a help to me. Thanks so much

I decided on USA Medical Supply for a stairlift purchase and installation for my mother after getting several quotes from surrounding businesses. USA Medical beat all of them, not only on product cost (with installation included), but the outstanding customer service that was provided from beginning to end. From Andrei, the exceptional Service Manager who really made the entire transaction easy for us, thank you!!- to Cornel and Paul who came out after a snowstorm(!) to install the stairlift and did a phenomenal job installing and providing friendly instruction to my mom, they are all truly a top-notch professional team.
I absolutely highly recommend USA Medical Supply, give them a call before going anywhere else.

This is my second review for a great company USA Medical supply West Springfield Ma.
I recently got a lift recliner chair from USA Medical. When the two young men delivered and set up the chair they noticed my stairs to the second floor are very steep. They recommended a stair lift for easy access to the bedrooms and only bath in the house. With up coming surgery I was so glad they explained and recommended this item as well. I spoke with Richard the owner and he explained all about the lift and sent Andri out to measure and set up the install. Once again Cornell and Paul did a great job installing and making sure I knew how to use this equipment. If you or a family member are in need of any medical supplies or equipment I highly recommend USA Medical.

We purchased a stair lift in June 2024 and it was perfect. It was for my husband and he loved it worked out great, Andre and his crew were awesome. They were there within a day or two to put it in very efficiently. Very neat, great installation and just a pleasure to work with and the price was great too much better than the competitors. So if you’re thinking of a chairlift Go to Usa Medical and ask for Andre. unfortunately, my husband passed away this past September. I did just recently have the stair lift taken out and again that was a fast and efficient process thanks to Andre and his guys.

I recently Purchased a lift Chair recliner from USA Medical supply. My sales person was Natalia. She was so helpful, explaining all the types of chairs and the options that each offered. She took her time never rushed us. She even told us to sit in many chairs and see which was the best fit and comfortable. I purchased a chair and it was delivered on a morning we woke up to snow. I want to give a shout out to the two young men who delivered the chair. They were very carful bringing it into the house in the snow and icy weather, Once inside they placed it where we wanted it and set it all up. They explained all the functions of the chair and how they worked.
I’m sorry I did not get there names but would like to recognize them for a job well done.
