This is my most recent review-Tried (and failed) once more ( actually, more like 15 times now) to have my blood drawn here with orders. Refused every time. Offered to pay out of pocket, was refused. I have no idea what this place is doing. I don't think they know what they're doing. 10/10 absolutely would NOT recommend this health center. I've live in multiple States, and I can't believe this place is still operating. The lack of care is appalling.

Do NOT go to this hospital if you have an actual emergency. I arrived at 3:13pm yesterday and was checked in for possible internal bleeding, and was forced to wait until 12:30 AM, thats right, 9 HOURS for no treatment. They left an IV in my arm with nothing attached for the entire time. No exams, no doctors, new people would come in with less intense needs and were still treated before me. I had to get up, exhausted, hungry, and beyond livid to tell the nurse to take the IV out of my arm so I could go to a real hospital. Will NEVER be going here again. It should not get to the point where people are harming themselves or threatening to do so to get some care.

I was shipped to BMC from North Adams Hospital once I was there my first nurse was Ethan which turned out to be a really nice person but after he left the other nurses were not so nice in another room there was a older man that was screaming stop hurting please someone help this went on for a few hours they even got the security in there and they were so rude to him. in the early morning another nurse came and said I have your Med's? I asked what Meds? he told it's for your acid reflex. I told him I don't have acid reflex, you have to take it. he said. I told him no, My chief complaint of coming here was for chest pains not acid reflex. They wanted to give me acid reflex medication but Can't even tell me why I am having chest pains. The floor Doctor Chilukun, told me that they don't do weekend stress test, and they don't do inpatient stress test, and that it's a 2 day testing, I told her I don't have a car to get back here, she told me that I am going to send you home today, so I left there the same way I went into the North Adams hospital chest pains and very high BP. The last nurse I had was Nixon, he seen my BP go up he went to tell Doctor Chilukun, and she still sent me home. The moral of my statement I still have chest pains, it has been 2 days of being home.

I was recently admitted to BMC with a collapsed lung and my stay was supremely comfortable because of the staff despite the traumatic experience. Everyone I met was wonderful, from Deja in the ER to all the wonderful nurses (Yvette, Rachel, Renee, Trinity, Holly, Sue, Christian, Ashley, sorry if I’m forgetting anyone as it was foggy times) to the night staff (De, the gentleman from New Orleans, etc), and of course my surgical team! Too many people to name, which is amazing. Also, the food was really good, which I didn’t expect! To be honest, I’ve been on worse vacations. However, most importantly I was helped and cared for when I needed it most. This is a team you can be confident in.

If I could give NO STARS I would. The communication between dr.s suck. They all have their own agenda and no one tells the other what is being done, or needs to be done and why! I’ve been tryn to get my Dad discharged for over a week! And they couldn’t simply tell us what needs to be done before he can be discharged. NO confidence that any of the dr.s at BMC knows how to communicate properly.

The WORST medical care is at BMC Emergency Department. Totally unacceptable to have an elderly woman come in with a huge gash on her head from falling and you make her wait for 8 hours without a nurse coming to look at it and clean it. She could have had bleeding in her brain and the doctor who fianlly saw her couldnt believe a nurse didnt clean it for her. When we asked a nurse to look at it she said oh its fine. Really? Then why did the doctor put 6 staples in her head?! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Its not that they are busy or short-staffed, its nurses neglecting patients.

One reason I refuse to go here until I have no choice. Sitting in waiting room for hours with needles in my arm to get IV antibiotics because I have an infection spreading towards my heart an was told to get IV antibiotics immediately sitting here in pain as I watch people goin in and coming out long after I arrived

Went to the emergency room by ambulance for illness. Found out it was covid. ER was absolutely amazing!!! But the staff on the second floor which is where I was admitted to, was the worst nightmare. I'm hypoglycemic, and was supposed to get an IV for fluids..requested food several times, nothing was done. UNTIL I said I was leaving. Then all of a sudden 4 nurses wanted to calm me down to stay.. I was laying in the bed for three hours, with no water offered, no food, when I asked, no thing done. So I left. Filing a complaint because of negative care I received on the second floor!!!!!! All they cared about was the paper they MADE me sign before I left, just to cover their buttons.
