The worst attitude by the pharmacists here in Pittsfield. Have been using them for years and in the last year or so they have become rude and disrespectful. If they don’t have your medication you’ll never know because they don’t tell you and if you call and ask if that have it the treat you like you are wasting their time and also the never can tell you when something might come in. Well if you’re too busy for everyone just retire already! You’re overpriced and over having customers so just close the doors. The only reason they get 1 star is because the have a gum ball machine my daughters like. So please do yourself a favor and try somewhere else. They suck!!!!

I was always skeptical of small, family owned pharmacies. I grew up getting my scripts filled at CVS, so any time I would see a small pharmacy, I'd wonder how they'd even operate! I was worried it would be sketchy, they would try to scam me, etc. because I was just so uneducated about this sort of thing.
Those fears have been completely squashed thanks to the lovely, professional staff. They really put me at ease, and I'm so glad I've found this place. Everyone there is SO NICE!! I've yet to have a bad experience. When things go wrong (my meds aren't in stock, my insurance is being weird), they always provide me with advice on what to do, how I can get my medication if they don't have it, and who to call outside of them to get my issues resolved. For example, when there was an issue with my insurance, they gave me a refund for what I paid beyond the copay before it fully went through, since I mentioned I wouldn't be able to afford it if my insurance continued to not pay for it (which it was supposed to).
Everyone I've encountered is genuinely super helpful and sweet, and it's always a joy going in. I'm really happy to be able to support a small, local pharmacy

As of today I made an order for delivery to get a prescription for a box of albuterol nebulizer vials at 2 pm and it’s 10 minutes until they close and I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve been struggling to breathe for 5 hours I’m never using this pharmacy again. This place could literally kill someone the way they do things. I’m never using this pharmacist again.

I made an order for a prescription deliver for one box of abuterol nebulizer vials at 2 pm and it’s currently 6:37 pm and I’m still waiting. They close at 7pm. This is what I get for living in a town full of junkies who don’t care about their job.

Poor customer service. Prescriptions often not ready. Often told something is ready by phone and then it's not when you get there. Treated rudely at pharmacy desk, very sad for this small local business.

Update on 5-14: A manager contacted us, and apologized for the delay. By now we had a third Rx for supplies come in. Everything got straightened out with what ever they wanted for 'notes'. This time I just had to wait a few days for supplies to be in stock which is fine. Once they came in the manager let us know, and personally took care of me when I went in to pick up the rest of the supplies. I was refunded as promised and was again given a verbal apology for what had happened. Review updated to 3 stars, but I won't go any higher because this should have never occurred to begin with. I will be happy to do reviews on new visits in the future.

Patient is Post-Op and medical supplies were ordered by the surgeons office as my insurance pays very well. Never had an issue until now. This time went to pick up and they said it's not ready, we will call you. They said we need office visit notes. So we contact the nurse and she assures us she sent everything over. I come back in later that night and another person says sorry not ready we will call you. Not wanting my wife to be without supplies for the weekend, I asked "are you out of stock or are you having an insurance issue?". The answer I got was I don't know, let me call upstairs. Nope we are waiting on office visits. So I explained I followed up with the nurse and they sent them. Flynn's claimed they don't have everything they need. On a Friday they say maybe Wednesday! Now mind you any previous surgeries with same surgeon and nurse we never had issues getting supplies. I tell them Wednesday is ridiculous and we need equipment and supplies now, so we compromise and I buy them and they promise to refund me if I saved the receipt. I go home and send a message to the surgeons nurse through private portal. They again assure us it should be fine now. I give Flynn's till Wednesday we visited the nurse for a follow-up and again she said they should have all the notes. So I go directly to Flynn's wait in a busy line and explain the situation only to be told it's not ready yet! We need office visit notes. By now I'm steaming and try to explain this is the third time this has happened and the nurse just assured us it should be fine. They tried to blame it on her, then when I said there must be some miscommunication why can't the person upstairs call the Drs office? The answer I got was not to get rude with her and that they do call all day long, that is their job. I followed up by being pretty adamant saying well someone isn't doing their job!
Then had to call the nurse and explain and she was dumbfounded by everything and she is calling them directly to resolve the problem because she has no idea what Flynn's wants at this point. If she has no idea what they want after five days then someone in Flynn's medical and supplies department surely isn't doing a good job.
I still don't have my money back and they still haven't charged my insurance. At this point I probably could have snail mailed a claim in myself and got a check back.🤬

I swear Flynn’s Pharmacy is straight up messing with my head at this point. I have been waiting for weeks for medical equipment. They called me this morning asking for my sister name?!?! giving out my information though. Stating they have received all paperwork except the paperwork before the study took place. So they have received all paper work stating I need the equipment but are still refusing to give it to me. Called my doctor’s office and they are just as confused as I am because we have been playing this game for weeks now and they have sent over EVERY damn document.

My doctor had a prescription that had to be filled at Flynn's. I did not want it sent there but this time, had no choice. Overall, compared to Walgreens Pharmacy which is far from perfect, Flynn's lags behind. The kids they have running the front can sometimes be rude..never had this happen at Walgreens. The dr said one of the benefits is that they will deliver it to your home for a very small percentage...but each time i try to get it delivered, they are short on delivery people. But it seems I'm one of the few that feels this way so... hey, maybe it's the way i look?
