I’ve been a patient at CHP for several years now. I have to say I’m always impressed with the level of attention, the prompt responses and how helpful reception always is. Particularly Pam…. Over the years, I’m sure I’ve been ridiculous and at times a bit extra of a patient. But overall guest relations from the moment you check in to check out or over the phone…. Has always been outstanding. Thank you Pam for always being the friendly
voice on the other end of the phone... Amy is also a standout comforting and always gracious member of this team. Thank you to the whole outstanding guest relations team! I feel like we spend so much time thanking and rating the medical providers that we forget to thank the rest of the office members for all that they do. They are the people that are booking the appointments when patients are having a health scare or concern. It’s a big job and dealing with a general public is not always easy. Not all patients are gracious and polite. thank you you make CHP run warmly and smoothly!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Lee Family Practice. I cannot say enough how wonderful Sharon Bigler is. She became my provider when Rita left and I am so grateful to be under her care. Sharon is very kind, compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and thorough and I know (and feel) she truly cares about her patients. She always spends as much time as needed during visits (and then some!). I’ve had things pop up on multiple occasions and she has helped me immensely. I feel very confident being under her care- she is absolutely wonderful.

Karyn Farvargg is a nurse practitioner and my primary care physician. She is the very BEST doctor I have ever had. She spends all the time I need with me & if she doesn't know something she can s not afraid to look it up or call in another physician for their opinion. I absolutely love her and have referred many people to her and will continue to do so.

Dr. Stoepker seems like a nice enough guy. But getting an appointment is close to impossible, and support staff, while polite, returns calls days later. So if anything is really wrong, good luck.
