Excelled care has been a lifesaver for my family! My elderly parents were very independent all their lives. As they declined, Excelled care helped us to get them excellent care in the home. It was important to them to remain in their home. And it really is working out well. Although my mother has now passed away, they helped all of us go through this. Now my father is still in the home with Excelled care. The staff is friendly, truly have enjoyed working with my parents. We are familiar with all the staff, can call anytime with our concerns. Also, excelled care goes above and beyond! With their direction, they helped us with a flooded basement during a recent storm. Making it possible for my parents to stay in the home during the cleanup! Excelled care helps us to get through any unexpected things that happen.

I was in a situation where I could not get my 83 year old father released from the hospital to return home until I had in-home care in place. I was impressed with how quickly Excelled Care responded to me when I called them for help. They were available to me night and day. A few days later they followed up with an in-home visit to make sure the care was complete. They gave me suggestions as to how I might proceed and answered all my questions. But most important, they were available to me 24/7; I never had to worry that a caregiver might not show up. They were 100% reliable. What a godsend! When visiting physical therapists and nurses left instructions for care I passed that on to Excelled Care and they made sure the caregivers followed through with the orders. As a result, my father improved dramatically and is now living independently in an assisted living community. I would highly recommend Excelled Care for in-home care. They will be there when you need them and will do an excellent job.

We hired Excelled Care to take care of my parents. They are great! They have been doing it for a couple years. They are very attentive and observe what what my parents need and act on it with suggestions and advice. My mother was in pretty tough shape and they helped us figure out best ways to care for her and suggested what she needs. They are very thoughtful and kind. I truly believe my mother lived an extra 6 months, at least, because of them. When my mother passed away the funeral was local and burial was on the cape. I had no idea how to bring my father to the burial and had decided it was impossible. Excelled Care stepped in and not only got him there, they did it as gift to him. They continue to take care of my dad and are getting him through this very sad time. He is doing great under their care. Incredible service, incredible company. I would highly recommend them.

Excel Care provides 24/7 in home care for my parents. The services include preparing meals, personal hygiene and engaging them in activities throughout the day. The team loves my parents and it shows in how well they are taken care of. There have been situations where the team has saved their lives by getting them medical care before an illness became life threatening. My mother passed recently, the team made sure she was as comfortable as possible during her last days. My dad is still being cared for by the team. They have been helping through this hard time. For this and the amazing care I am grateful we have Excelled Care as primary care providers.
