Ill say I recommend this urgent care because they have been helpful in the past but I did have one not so great experience with a male PA (i believe). I went in to confirm pregnancy via blood draw after getting several positive tests. I peed as soon as i got there because i just needed a blood draw for school, i did not expect to do a urine test. The medical assistant had trouble with my veins so they did a urine test. Keep in mind 1. I found out really early because I was tracking and 2. It was about 11 in the morning and urine was very diluted because i had to drink water for the urine test after peeing when I got there. The PA comes in and says "it's negative! You're not pregnant." It would have been nicer if he came in and said "it was negative, BUT i know you drank a lot of water in a short amount of time for the urine test so it may be diluted." He knew I was chugging water. He also went through pregnancy symptoms for me and seemed to be skeptical when I told him my breasts were not sore and I didnt have nausea. Because every woman experiences the same symptoms, of course! Long story short I go in to hear the heart beat in a week. Please get more female physicians/ PA's.

I'm 74 and my experience was the best immediate urgent care service imaginable. I have Medicare and a supplemental health plan so my repair bill was a $10 copay. I even got free bandaids to use at home to protect my new stitches and my antibiotic prescription was sent to me pharmacy.

I had a great experience with the entire crew that took care of me at this particular urgent care. I live far away but I won’t be reluctant to use again and again that facility for my future urgent needs. On the scale of 1 to 10, I will give 10 for their efficiency.

Just moved here from California and this place was the BEST !! Got in right away had go and do X-rays and got the results and meds all under hour CRAZY!!! Both places were great nice staff friendly too. Thank you again I’ll be back here

Thorough examination and treatment plan by the AFC Bedford staff and especially the attending PA (Hayley Bryant). I find AFC Urgent Care to be a faster option for getting immediate medical attention than trying to book an appointment with my PCP.

Would definitely return -- but hopefully not too soon. 🙂

The service was excellent; they attended to my son very quickly. The kindness of the nurse and the doctor was exceptional. I have been to other locations, but the customer service is not the same. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone was pleasant. It was short wait. A thorough examination was done and I was asked if I wanted to take a flu, covid and strep test which I wanted to do. The physician asked questions about my symptoms and then took an X-ray based on that which I agreed to do. I’m happy with my visit there and would not hesitate referring someone.

I took two stars off due to the male nurse practitioner who took vitals and asked me about why I was there. he Was outrageously rude In regards to the reason, I was there on the first place, he made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable , and spoke Down to me like he was above me ! The young lady at the receptionist desk and the doctor I saw a woman named Abby were absolutely fantastic, they Both made me feel like they had my best interest at heart I can’t even find the words to describe how warm and welcome they both made me feel and how at ease I felt about my condition as I left because the male nurse practitioner had me thinking I had something ridiculously more serious going on for no reason
