I have been to the Madison facility a few times, both for myself and with my Mother. I went this visit for an ear infection, which was super easy to schedule through the app with same day availability.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. Everyone I dealt with was medically knowledgeable and very thorough. Perhaps more importantly, I experienced a level of kindness and compassion in a time of personal crisis that meant the world to me. Highly recommended! ❤

Worst experience ever! Took my daughter to get examined because she was running a fever that would not go away, stomach pain as well, stomach pain when eating, etc. They immediately said she seems to have gall bladder infection and the gentleman immediately diagnosed her with that without any tests or exams. If I didn't question him and ask for him to test her for covid and the flu they wouldn't have tested her for either to rule them out. What they should have said to me is you need to take to the ER to get results immediately as it takes few days here and we cannot figure out as soon as possible as to why her fever will not go down or why shes having pain, as we think it can be the gall bladder. We will NOT come here again and do not recommend anyone to go here, sitting in the ER is worth the time than getting seen here.

Always the friendliest, most caring folks! The previous visit a month or so ago was the same way. They’re quick too, very efficient and the online check in is so convenient.

The NP from that previous visit truly went above and beyond. I can’t express enough how caring and compassionate she was for me. Thanks so much guys! I appreciate how caring you are!

I had a debilitating headache, couldn’t open my eyes and my ears were hurting bad. I was able to schedule my appointment online. After I got there I was greated by a very nice front desk lady (can’t remember her name but her amazing attitude was welcomed). I think I waited maybe 30 min then got to a room. From there things went fast and I got the sinus infection diagnosis (thankful that it wasn’t flu or covid). The doctor and the nurse were nice and quick. I will definitely go back if we need to!!!

Very friendly staff and nice waiting area. However once you are taken back to be seen I was not impressed with the patient care rooms. Mine in particular was neglected of cleanliness. Visible dirt and dead bugs all along the bottom of the walls/floors. It really could use a good deep cleaning.

5 stars!! My son was seen by the nurse practitioner, Amber, and she was very caring and thorough with him. She listened to our concerns and we didn’t feel rushed, even though the lobby was full. The staff even called in the meds to the pharmacy for us! This is the best clinic we have ever been to in Madison and will only come here for now on!

The staff here was so so so kind and helpful! I came in and was seen shortly after checking in and the staff was kind and understanding with what was going on and I was able to get immediate help. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! I wish I remembered the nurses and doctors name because they were amazing.

I had not been to this urgent care in years. I was pleasantly surprised at the quickness of service, friendliness of the staff, and the ease of making an appointment. I was also thankful for the message I received several days after treatment to make sure I was doing well or if I needed further assistance. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in need of medical assistance.
