I need to first start off by saying the nurses and doctors are incredible and this has nothing to do with the care in office. This review is for the way they handle appointments. You call and never speak to a person. Everytime I call I have to leave a message and they call back. They return your call and then they reach out to a provider to get an appointment date and time. This could be days later. I have never seen this method used anywhere else. It is highly inconvenient. I was not able to speak to a nurse on call or anything before having to go to the ER.

The absolute worst doctor’s office I have ever experienced. Every single time I call I am connected to someone who isn’t even in the country. Absolutely insane, would NOT recommend!

You can clearly see 2.5 rating i was forced to put this one start because they don't even deserve that health care system is a joke now a days this office never understand what I'm saying n I speak English is takes over a year to get booked a first doctor visit then been going there 5 months n it takes weeks fa the nurse or doc to back to u n still nothing is done but they want u to come in so they can get paid while u stay sick lol went it 3 times still months go by n nothing is being done I smell neglect neglect neglect new patients b aware very it doesn't take a week to ask the doc a question n get back to the patient n the crazy part is they would have never gotten back to me I keep calling n calling n then when Rosa the manager did talk she told me this office isn't best for my care all I need was my medicine that they just can't seem to to b able to give me n I been on these meds all my life I'm 50 been on Dez meds since 16 n now at this office it's a problem I can't b on my meds lost over 60 pounds n yet they do nothing pedro falla n Rosa this whole clinic is a joke they act like they wanna help u n don't two years wasted n so is my time got forbid if I had cancer or anything else I would b dead waiting fa them run n run fast. Absolutely aweful office. Dr Falla is an amazing dr. However the office people are horrible, rude and today was the cherry on top. Receptionist refused to allow me to talk to an office manager or my dr because I would not tell her the reason. Are you serious? I will be looking for a different physician. Not because of the dr , but because of staff. After 20 yrs of seeing him it came down to this. So sad.

I have almost loved every NP I have ever seen. The current NP I’m seeing, Alexandra, is nothing short of an answer to my every hope I could have for seeking treatment and being heard as a patient. There’s one receptionist in particular that I ALWAYS have so many problems with that on more than one occasion this woman has randomly switched my appointments with nothing more than a 24 hour notice and then tries to scapegoat me like it’s my fault that I don’t know she switched my appointment. The most recent issue (today) was her gatekeeping my NP and almost denying me a telehealth visit with her because I saw Alexandra a couple days ago for a condition that is getting increasingly worse with every passing day. Alexandra specifically asked me to reach out if it gets worse. This woman acted like she knew better than to give me time with my NP and even after I asked to speak to a different receptionist she continued to try to argue with me also denying me even that small respect. Now I’m left wondering if I’m even gonna get a call from the nurse she told me would call me. I’m so fed up with this one receptionist Im literally ready to switch offices after being with this one for 7 years. So sad because I love Alexandra so much. But what’s the point if every time I need to be seen there’s a run around game thats disruptive to my life and also could be extremely detrimental to my health?I can’t believe I just had to basically beg to speak with my doctor.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Falla’s for nearly 4 years and I’ve finally had enough of their antics that I’ve changed my primary care physician. Referrals and lab/imaging orders take several weeks to months to go through. I’ve gone through medication withdrawals 3 times now because the office just flat out won’t fill prescriptions for weeks at a time - literally! It’s bad enough that the pharmacy will call me asking to call my doctor’s office because despite several attempts to contact them, they never get any response.

The nurse practitioners are okay if you have a minor issue like a bad cold, but in cases like mine where I have several chronic conditions including chronic pain, I have not been taken seriously or properly treated for my illnesses.

Dr. Falla is a great physician but is always rushed and tries to leave the appointment as soon as possible. There have been a handful of times that I had to see a NP because he was hours behind and wouldn’t be able to see me.

It’s obvious that they overbook appointments. In the office I’ve often waited well over an hour to be seen, and there have been times I’ve waited closer to 2 hours. With telehealth appointments you’re lucky if you’re seen within 3 hours from the scheduled time.

The final nail in the coffin for me is that I’m essentially not allowed to see or speak to Dr. Falla. I asked to be scheduled for his next available appointment and was told I couldn’t see him until JULY (3+ months away). When I asked if I would be able to have a quick phone call with him to discuss problems I’ve been having (mostly not getting my prescriptions filled) my request was denied. How can you call a doctor your PCP if you can’t see or talk to them?!?!?!? The office will only make appointments with nurse practitioners and they do not have a cancellation list - instead I was told that I would have to call every day to see if an appointment slot opened up with Dr. Falla.

If you are considering becoming a patient at Prime Medical, DON’T! You won’t be treated properly or taken seriously.

I am so sick of constantly getting screwed over by my own Doctors. It is so unorganized there is always some form of miscommunication that usually results in me having to go without my medication until they get it resolved. They somehow manage to make so many extra unnecessary appointments due to their own lack of organization. I’m supposed to go once every three months to get my 3 refills, which I’ve been doing for years. I recently started a new medication too and so now they keep jumbling up everything with my appointments. I can’t keep up with this it greatly impacts my life. There’s a reason this place has nothing but bad reviews and a horrible reputation. Trust me.
