There really good about keeping your health in check. I lost some weight thanks to there long term prescription they gave me. If it wasn't for them I'd probably have diabetes by now. Thank you guys so much.

Absolutely terrible. No one communicates anything about prior authorizations. I recently had to switch doctors as mine left and every single medication I was currently on has been the absolute worst struggle to keep up with since being forced to change offices.

We absolutely adore Dr. Packard! She is so attentive, does not rush you, and makes you feel like each patient truly matters, and remembers things from the last visit or many visits ago! She is wonderful and very proactive with my 10 month old who she’s seen since birth. My husband and I see her as well for ourselves. We have so many friends who highly recommended her and we are so glad they did. Everyone else we have seen from the nurses to the office staff have been very friendly and helpful as well.

Yes, there is a bit of a wait, but that’s pretty much anywhere and I know they are working on it. It is still worth the longer drive even with a baby who hates the car ride, and that is saying a lot!

Dr. Packard is amazing! My family and I have been with her for 10yrs now and will stay as along as she is practicing. Trust is key and highly value her opinion. The staff at Bedford Internal Medicine & Pediatrics knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Other doctors in this practice are great too! Always doing what is best for us. So glad to have this practice!

I've only been here once because my practice had no openings but maquela Barron I believe nurse practitioner... Was very nice patient and I did not feel rushed. She answered all my questions and concerns. The place was very clean. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because even though the place was clean and Dr was nice. I was late for my appointment because of how unclear the building signs were. I walked around the while building to physical therapy and etc before I found the door I needed. They need to identify each door better on the outside for people who have no idea where they are. Also it was extremely hot in the building not sure if there was no ac but my child was extremely uncomfortable waiting for a appointment.

I have seen Dr. Packard since 2011 when she was practicing at DHMC. I followed her to CMC even though I only knew her a short time because I trusted her care so much and finding a good doctor is extremely hard! I don’t regret it!

Dr. Packard takes the time at every appointment and listens. Unfortunately for her, she hears from me a lot because I have a lot going on, but she NEVER acts bothered by my questions or requests for referrals. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will point you to the right person.

Due to my chronic pain/medical conditions and anxiety she offers to see me on a regular basis so she can stay up to date on my care. To me this shows just how great a doctor she is as she goes above and beyond! She never shoves things off, although I will say the office staff has many times mentioned my anxiety as being a huge contributor and with someone with anxiety and real physical pain, this is hard to hear because you just want to make sure you are being heard even if it’s something different each time you call about.

My daughter Kaylee has being seeing Dr. Packard-Pelli for about 6 years and we absolutely LOVE her!! She is really caring, kind and takes her time to listen. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, I really need to acknowledge what a gem she is!!
