I like Brooke Leary who is our nurse practitioner, but I abhor the office. I have had nothing but trouble since our very first appointment where they created my child's record with the wrong last name and refused to correct it until I produced a birth certificate. When they finally corrected it, one of the nurses was like "that explains why all these medical records for (my kid's actual freaking name) got sent here! No one knew what to do with them..." At that time I was asked if I would like to be contacted by the office manager to discuss the situation, I said yes. They never followed up.

We are currently going into WEEK FOUR waiting on the office to process a referral. Since finally putting it into the system after sitting on it for 2 weeks, Elliot Peds continues to insist that they are waiting on my insurance, who continues to insist that they can go ahead and send the referral over to the doctor so we can make an appointment.

Another time I called to reschedule an appointment. I showed up for the rescheduled appointment only to be told to leave because I had the date wrong.

Really love Brooke Leary and nurse Erica that works with her. They're really great with my littles and I'm so happy to have found them after awful experiences with two Dartmouth locations, and pediatrics in Plymouth, NH. Reception is usually great. The people working in the lab are generally pretty awful (I know it's completely separate from pediatrics, but I put off lab appointments because I can't stand going there). But absolutely love pediatrics and nurse Erica!

My daughter was under the care of Dr. Saskha Luque for three and a half years from her birth. I have nothing but praise for her and the entire Elliot Pediatric team. From the beginning, any minor concerns I had about my daughter were promptly addressed, and in emergencies, I always received a quick response and treatment. Dr. Luque provides clear information and guidance without imposing her opinions on treatment options, allowing parents to make informed decisions. Additionally, she cares for her young patients with great love and attention. Although visiting the hospital was initially challenging for my daughter, she eventually came to love it.

After moving to Texas, we unfortunately had to discontinue care with Dr. Luque. I find it challenging to adapt to the different medical culture and practices here compared to New Hampshire. The high-quality service we received there makes it difficult to adjust to the care available now. For anyone looking for a pediatrician for their child, Dr. Luque is highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would! The front desk was fine then when my child was seen by Dr Eric Jackson it was for a routine check up but my child was also running a 103.8 temp that day and vomiting. Of course because my child is two years old, when we got to the Dr office he wanted to run around and play with the stuff in the office. I told Dr Jackson his symptoms that day and the day before and how I was concerned, his reply to me was “well he looks fine to me now!” “Call us if he gets worse.” No tests did not even take my two year olds temperature!!
I left that office drove straight to urgent care where they swabbed him (due to his ongoing very high temps and vomiting) for Covid flu and strep and he had strep! If you are looking for a thorough pediatrician who will listen to you as your child’s mother or father since we are the ones who always know when there is something not right with our children, this is not the place, or not the dr anyways from my awful experience!! Thank God I listened to my gut so my 2 year old didn’t end up with complications from strep being left untreated! Makes me sick

Dr. Palumbo has been nothing short of amazing for all three of our children. She is an excellent pediatrician and consistently goes above and beyond for her patients.

I like the drs here but the front desk is really awful. There’s 0 care or candor. A woman today called to “reschedule “ our appointments but put me on hold 3xs. Was extremely rude, not helpful and wasted a ton of my time this morning.
There’s got to be someone they could hire that could do this job better than whoever called me but then left me on hold for 15 mins.
The call was this morning at 8:20. I hope management sees this and looks into who they have at their desk cause WOW

Update! Called again today. Jodi. Jodi is awful. Not the entire front desk. This woman should be stocking a shelf or working on a computer. NOT dealing with humans.

Dr. Palumbo is the best! She always listens to my concerns and not only that but asks my kids if they have any concerns. The office staff is responsive and helpful! A plus plus for pediatrician!

Doctors are normal. But front desk is terrible. They don’t care anything. they work very slowly. they cannot talk to customers with normal sincerity.
you are waiting patiently but they don't care. please replace the people at the front desk with someone normal. it's not something they can do.
