The staff and providers here are amazing. I've been a primary care patient for the last year and have had a great experience. The providers truly listen, which I haven't always felt at other offices, as someone with complex and chronic health conditions. They are very respectful and attentive. The front desk staff are also amazing. They are absolutely understaffed, so getting appointments can be tough and it's also difficult to get a response on MyChart. But that's very common for Athol, we don't have a lot of medical providers and CHCFC struggles to serve all of the patients here. So I do understand those issues and don't blame them. They also work hard to provide nonmedical resources and create a safe environment for all patients. The office is always clean and has a little space for kids as well.

Dr. Szal is by far the best oral surgeon I have ever had. He is skillful, conscientious and caring. He is the epitome of an excellent surgeon.

CHCFC failed to diagnose a condition which my new PCP easily saw from the records that were transferred over. It was also confirmed by CT Scan. My only regret is not leaving sooner.

Dr Szal is the best oral surgeon!! I have dental anxiety and never felt more comfortable than with him snd his assistant!! He explains everything, gentle, always makes sure your ok?! Best experience ever!!

The assistance that you get from I believe Debbie as a customer service representative is horrible. This person sounds like she is miserable working there. No professionalism at handling phones at all.

I was booked in for 1pm. They didnt take me in until 1:20. Normally im pretty patient but I had explained my time crunch while making this appointment. They get me into a room. 10 minutes later im told my doctor is still with another patient. Im so disappointed. I dont usually come to doctors. When I do its for something serious. While I was waiting in the waiting room there were bugs crawling around the waiting room and hallways. I do not reccomend this office.

I had my first appointment here today and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve currently been going to several different doctors for my medications and it’s been a nightmare trying to organize and stay on top of the different appointments I haven’t seen an actual doctor in over two years because the other office’s are so understaffed they have me on either zoom or phone calls bi weekly which makes it impossible to try and adjust my meds or even have a doctor I’ve met in person having everything in one place and having an in person dr who actually cares is priceless to me the wonderful lab tech was able to draw blood on the first try which hasn’t happened for me in years! Thank you for caring about people and this community I highly recommend this office
