Honestly a pretty disappointing practice, especially since my previous clinician left. They take forever to return calls, their call team does not listen when you speak to them, and the clinician i just cancelled with was rather rude in the only 3 appointments I had with him.

It took TWO MONTHS to get a pre-authorization of my medication despite me giving the billing department my insurance information directly, as well as my clinician, but he said he’d “try to get it done but will take the insurance information”. He didn’t do anything, that was over a month ago. I had to call multiple more times to get my pre auth. I’ll be surprised if that even goes through this time, this office has proven to be unreliable.

I have had a very good, reliable experience with my psych provider, Dustin Soccoccio. He is patient, and is a good listener. He is willing to work with my medical needs, and adjustments. The staff is also very attentive and schedules my appointments in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Boston Neurobehavioral Associates.

Dustin has been amazing in assisting with my anxiety/depression. From the first time I met him, to my most recent appointment, he has been more than helpful. He has come up with a great management plan for me, and I can strongly say he has changed my life for the better!

I was scheduled for a zoom call with a nurse practitioner. She instead called me on my cellphone 5 minutes late. They charged me/ my insurance 870 dollars for a 15 minute initial consult with this nurse practitioner. It was billed as a 45-59 minute consultation outside of my home which is completely untrue. The billing department was unable to tell me why this dollar amount was charged.

cheryl Mcquire ( not sure that is spelled correctly?) is a great
NP that listens to what you have to say and has good advice.
I enjoy our telehealth conversations and it is also so much
easier than driving from my home to NB ~ which is about a 40 miles round trip !! Cheryl also calls right on time for the appointment vs. having to sit in the waiting room on field street in NB. In our last session a few days ago she gave me some good advice IE: i have a lot of health issues i am going through right now and some of them are VERY serious !! Cheryl told me i am taking on way to much myself and it would be wise for me to find someone professional to help or orchestrate each step i am going through as i deal w all my health issues. It was great advice and i have already reached out to one of my surgeons to help me going forward.
sincerely yours david h

I wasn't going to put anything down here but after the reviews I've read, I felt compelled to say SOMETHING. First, I've been in therapy for years. I've had the worst possible therapeutic treatment available; DOC. 30x30, (30mins per 30 days) you can't get worse than that.

Second, if you have meds that you're supposed to take, be PATIENT. The providers MUST assess your needs and verify & substantiate your individual medication need and neccesity. Not RUBBER STAMP, it's unethical improper and illegal to just prescribe medications without due diligence as a health car provider who can prescribe medications that may have controlled substance regulations. Relax, and be patient use the patient portal and follow-up; politely. Your medical records may not have transferred over from a previous provider.

Third, I came to BNBA, to fulfill my requirements for probation. My Therapist Bianca F**kin' ROCKS!!!!! she saved my life and continues to do so every week. If I were rich, I'd pay here a sizable fortune to keep all my coo-coos, in their proper place. Fr Fr. Most of my individual successes are attributed to the work we've done and continue to do. My failures, are attributed to my NOT listening and looking away from the mirror Bianca holds in front of me. She calls me out and holds me accountable. In therapy, that is essential! I could go on and on, but I don't want this to sound weird.

Lastly, I've dealt with the Admin on numerous occasions. Can the department step it up and do better? Yup! I've dealt with the Muhammad and Miriyam, and they are great! 👍🏾 What I will suggest is EVERY new patient, at the conclusion of the intake process be fully setup with the patient portal info, so that all inquires are directed to the provider, and ALLOW the providers to make final decisions....NOT ADMIN EVER!!! The providers KNOW their patients and their individual circumstances. Sometimes 'things' happen and a patient can be taken back into custody therfore miss appointments. Restarting treatment shouldn't be difficult under these circumstances. But at times it is. Work on that!

Overall, I would recommend BNBA to ANYONE. I will further recommend Bianca to EVERYONE!! PERIOD!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
