absolutely terrible experience. with it being my first pregnancy i expected more thorough visits and more explanations. i got barely any information at any visit. my first ultrasound was transvaginal and the tech didn’t even speak to me. made me feel very uncomfortable and nothing was explained to me at all about what they were going to do. if i hadn’t done my own research i would’ve had no idea what that probe even was. I believe i ended up miscarrying and still have not received any calls from my doctor to confirm this. had labs done twice and it’s still showing it was not even viewed by the care team. traumatic experience for first time and will definitely be going elsewhere for my next pregnancy.

Every minute of my visit today with Dr. Martin was impressive. Checking in with Ashley (I asked her name as she was so good and I believe it was Ashley, but I have a horrible memory for names) at the front who was so kind and personable along with informative. The nurse Sue was brilliant, informative, and very personable like I was sitting and talking with an old friend who genuinely cared about me and my wealth being. Dr. Martin is the kind of provider that we need more of in the world. Not only is she beyond brilliant and thoughtful, but also has a calm, caring demeanor along with giving really informed information and support for making clinical decisions for my health. I am so happy that my primary had referred me to her. I have a complex medical history and she is the first provider that will say she doesn’t know some thing and will ask me about it or try to understand it more so she can help me better. We need to pull providers and caregivers like this team up and give them serious respect for what they do. I know as not every patient is easy to deal with these days and we need to be grateful for those who still work so hard to care for people. From the bottom of my heart, I’m grateful for them and they’re grace and kindness and caring for me.

I have rarely have had a bad experience here. The staff is always great except for some of the receptionists. One who insisted that they didn’t do imaging there and that I had to go to the office next door, refusing to even check my chart, which made me late for my appointment, as well as one that flat out hung up on me because I was not available for the times she wanted to schedule me and she therefore had to speak to a provider first. I'm still waiting and it's been six days. And yes I followed up with a message. I've also been forgotten about in multiple occasions when I've waited and they thought someone already called me.back, or they have someone with a later time slot mine because they misread it. Otherwise the medical staff have all been great including the phlebotomists. I’ve been going here since I found out I was expecting my second child (05/21) and chose to make the longer commute since we’ve moved now that I’m expecting again. Definitely recommend for the midwives especially.

The doctors here are wonderful and Betsy who is always happy and helpful. The front desk staff are horrible. They are rude and not very helpful. I have had to call several times for maternity forms they nobody could find so I was transferred several times to a different person who still did not try and help me and told me call back another day. I will never return back to this office.

Almost all of the staff I've encountered have been really friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the providers, even the answering service staff. The only exception being Therese Brown. If you need assistance on the weekends, pray that she is not the one who is on call. Her willingness to help would be a 0.

I had an appointment with Talitha Dedeus RN today and I just can’t say enough good things about the visit. She answered all my questions with thoroughness and kindness. She really put this first time mom at ease.

Terrible place my wife gave birth an they told me I have to either go have her come into the office or have her mother go into the office to get paper work that I dropped off in the first place they only show respect to women they treat men like they’re ignorant they called my mother in law sayin my maternity papers were good over 2 weeks ago when I went there in person they looked at me crazy then pulled my maternity papers out of a envelope stuffed in the corner just to tell me that they weren’t signed yet an I had to come back later as I said before they only accommodate the women side of things they show men no respect an treated me like I was stupid an had no idea what was going on
