I cannot say enough about the people here! I love my new PC, Dr. Shastry. She is attentive and compassionate, as a doctor should be. She is conservative in prescribing and listens to my concerns!
Everyone at this location (Burlington, MA) has been outstanding, from the front desk, to nurses, and doctors. I was very concerned about leaving my last PC (whom I loved, in a small organization) for a PC in such a large hospital partnership. I was worried about being treated like a number.
I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised.
I am a fan!

Dr Phillips and the staff here go above and beyond to make sure your concerns are addressed in a promptly manner. I will never use another primary care. Dr Phillips is simply the best.

I switched my primary care here and though I've only been a few times (thankfully!) the care has always been comprehensive and compassionate. Dr. Phillips listens to each concern and addresses them thoroughly. I also recently saw the Nurse Practitioner, Laura, and she was very supportive and collaborative on next steps. The front desk staff have always been personable and helpful. They are building a MGB site much closer to me than Burlington but the care here is making me think of making the drive!

Bad service, Not recommended. The nurse doesn't know what is the reason for the visit, even you already e-checked in online before the appointment. My appointment got rescheduled twice, they definitely don't respect patient's time. The nurse was rude and interrupting when I was trying to answer her questions. The management and process of checking in was a mess, no clear procedure. I'm really done wasting my time with them, so I'm switching to another primary care location.

Sent me a surprise bill, an entire year after the appointment, for which I had already paid. Under the No Surprises act, this is a violation of patient rights. I wish I could say that this problem is unique to General Brigham but the sad reality is that many health care providers engage in immoral, qausi-legal billing practices. I also suspect the absurdly long wait times for calls to resolve billing disputes is just an incentive to give up and get people to pay bills they don't actually owe. Thank you so much for all the unnecessary stress.

People were pleasant in person. But was verbally told that a service would be covered by my insurance. After being mis/overcharged was told it would be addressed and altered. 8 months later and several calls and reviews no change. Very disappointed/upset and will not be coming back.

Used the mychart to report a simple need for sick appt with clear details. Nurse emailed that I needed to call to make appt. waited over 15 minutes three times to speak to a person for a sick appt. NEVER answered.
beyond frustrating...off to an urgent care
