today I was 10 min. late to the office for an appointment & they said they had to reschedule. I was in a lot of pain & was upset because I am always on time and have been a patient for many, many years and because of my health issues I needed to be seen to get an antibiotic. I went to the doctors instead of the dentist because I couldn't see the dentist until 4/1/25. The office knows I don't have a car and have to arrange for a ride. My ride got stuck in traffic and because of this I had to pay for it. It's ok when a doctor is late for your appointment, but not is you are. I'll be finding another Dr. It's been coming for a few years now. Also, I got upset and swore at the receptionist, which I am very sorry for. I very seldom swear and very forgiving for most situations. Again I was in a lot of pain. There should have been more empathy. No wonder this office doesn't have a high rating.

I love coming here and I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I have been coming here for about two years and before this saw the same doctor at Mary Lane. I'm not sure if she's taking new patients but ask to see Hilary Haden-Moryl, I've been very happy with her. Her nursed Tammy and Michelle are great too.

Basically, all of Baystate is awful now. Complete delay of care. Making an appointment is an absolute hassle. You call, wait no less than 15 to 20 mins on hold, only for them to tell you "somebody will call you back by the end of the day." Or you get disconnected. Nobody ever calls back by the end of the day. It's always 24 to 72 hours. Then you can't get an appt for another month if it's not a complete emergency. Baystate has turned into a greedy corporation where they understaff the hospitals which in turn makes the patients suffer.

Dr. Lyssa is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak with clients. If you’re looking for another doctor to talk down to you and be dismissive then he’s your guy. Otherwise look elsewhere

I thought they could help me with some flexibility due to my work hours by putting in an order for a sample so I could stop by Saturday. The receptionist was nice, but the nurse shut me down when she could have helped me out. Rude and wanted to just get off the phone with me. Real nice way to treat your patients. No wonder there's 50 1 star reviews.

Horrible experience with Cindy on the new patient line. Very rude and argumentative. She spoke over me multiple times. Luckily her supervisor, who Cindy “couldn’t transfer me to”, Alyssa was very pleasant and helpful. Cindy exclaimed that she has been in that department for 12 years and everyone else was wrong, in my opinion that’s 12 years too many. She should be no where near a customer service position.

Dr. Beauzile is the first doctor to ever take my shoulder pain seriously and order further imaging. When the tests came back negative, he referred me for physical therapy and the pain levels have gotten better with time as I have steadily worked toward scar tissue mobilization and remodeling. It has been more difficult this year to get timely appointments at Baystate Quabbin; I suspect this may be because Covid has overwhelmed our already strained healthcare systems. My family members are having similar difficulties accessing medical care in other regions of the state at other providers’ offices. Overall, I have been highly satisfied with Baystate Quabbin and can say that Dr. Beauzile truly cares about his patients.

It’s great to find out from an unfriendly receptionist that there is a 10 minute grace period and when you arrive 12 minutes late, you are out of luck. Would it have been nice to be notified about the 10 minute late policy when you made the appointment? Absolutely! I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years and I don’t recall this policy. If this really is a policy, put it on your website.
