This place is trash noone does their job rude staff noone trys to help you with anything your just passed along went in once for upper respiratory /cold like issues and never even had my lungs listened to ears checked (ANYTHING ABOVE my waist checked) INSTEAD dr shmer decided it was best to ONLY check my "groin lymph nodes" and without warning or anyone else in the room When there was NO mention from myself of any issues down below..that's what I have an OB for!! When I Asked to transfer drs multiple times due to feeling uncomfortable for obvious reason I'm given the run around and told oh someone will have to call u back to which noone ever does ntm according to them you arent allowed to change drs which is bullshit when your made to feel uncomfortable by one of their own its only oh we will have to have our manager call u to no avail? Don't waste your time here if u need actual care!!!!!!! you've been warned move on......

Called a day ahead to make sure I would be seen ON Time & with the OBGYN not an NP. I was made to sit there for 20 mins just to be pulled in the back to be told it would likely be atleast 20 more minutes maybe another 30 mins before the NP would see me.

MAYBE don't book so many patients if you are unable to follow a schedule. 10-15 min wait is one, thing. But 45-50 mins. Had I showed up 10 minutes late they would have canceled and charged me.

They clearly have no respect for there patients.
I should have been informed they were very behind schedule when I checked in right away. I had to take time off of work because they Do Not offer late afternoons or weekends. Do Not Go here. Not worth it.

This isnt the 1 or 2nd bad experience I have had here. Worst customer service in network.

If I could give a zero I would. ! Not respectful of others time! I had a 10:45 appointment and sitting still waiting to be seen at 11:30. Totally inappropriate. And this is for an asap appt that was made 3 weeks later because that’s all they had ! Crazy

I had a wonderful experience at Truesdale Health RADIOLOGY Services. There were three employees that went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my CT Scan; Greg, Stacy and Erin. Greg was humorous and kind while describing the imaging process. Stacy was helpful and made me feel very welcome while waiting for the contrast drink to work through my system, and Erin did everything she could have possibly done to make me feel at ease while I panicked about getting an IV inserted for the first time. She was especially patient and made a scary experience much more manageable for me, so extra kudos to her! She has made a positive lasting impression on me and I am very thankful for that. Thank you to these three staff members for doing what they could to make sure everything went smooth for me. These people did not have to spend the extra time helping me to prepare or calm my nerves, but they did.

I have seen two primary care physicians here and neither one has been competent in the least. Dr. Chang suggested I try tracking my fertile days while trying to get pregnant. I told her that my periods were extremely irregular so she immediately suggested I try birth control so that I could regulate them to track my fertile days. After an old hip injury acted up landing me in the er I called her for a follow up appointment due to the pain in my hip increasing, she called me back to tell me she was sorry my anxiety was so bad that it was causing me problems and she was sending me a list of psychiatrists. During the actual follow up she asked if the hip injury was new even though it was in my records and she sent me to pt at my request as she suggested it was and I quote “in my head.” On to Dr Shamir, who I saw due to a heart issue. He ordered a 30 day heart monitor for me, which no one in the office gave me the same answer as to where I go for it, but that’s another issue. I was only able to wear it for a day as I had a severe allergic reaction to the adhesive. I called the office to inform them and the suggested I remove it and they cancel the order. A month later I get a letter from Dr. Shamir stating that my 30 day monitor came back normal with some elevated heart rates here and there after exercise. I didn’t have a 30 day monitor so I don’t know who he read or he read a monitor that was turned off. If you’ve made it this far, don’t waste your time at this place. Find someone that actually listens to you and does their job.

It is extremely frustrating that they expect you to be on time for your ultrasound but can take over 30 mins to call you in. I arrived 10 mins early and every light was off in the obgyn so of course i didn’t go into a pitch dark office. Then i got an attitude because they have sensor lights? That is something you TELL your patients that are coming early. Also every time i have an ultrasound there is a staffing issue. They have had to cancel me more than once for this and now today i have to wait forever because they have no staff. Find yourself a better office for OB care.

Elaine was extremely helpful with finding my finace a doctor and a open appointment within the same month! She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and she made my day actually teared up a bit because I was so lost and overwhelmed. Thank you Elaine in the new patient department.
