I’ve been taking both of my children here, and infant and preteen, for 9months. Never had an issue with any staff or Dr. They’ve been very timely when scheduling sick appointments or requesting docs for school. It’s also always in and out. No waiting forever in the waiting room. I switched my oldest from Trinity Health to be here. Best decision ever.

In the 10 years I have been bringing my children to Quabbin Pediatrics’s, the only time we have ever encountered any issue was after the transfer to Baystate. We have gone in to the office on two occasions in the last 6 months and have left after 90+ minute waits for physicals. Today was the second instance in which I was told that the delay for my child was due to children that were in for sick visits. Typical Baystate, running the doctors to death and prioritizing profits over patients. We received no apology at any point and left without being seen. Will be looking at alternate pediatricians for all future visits.

Absolutely the worst office in the area. The doctor is ok, but the staff is horrible.
