I’ve had the pleasure of working with Amanda over the course of the last 4 months and I just graduated! So personable and easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the human body. I recently began physical therapy here @ Wing for my shoulder issues. I have Calcific Tendonitis in my left shoulder, which has been very painful & been going on for about 4 months now. I see a physical therapist here that I'm very happy with named Amanda. She is very friendly, understanding & professional. She knows what she's doing & makes sure that patients are comfortable & treated with respect, while helping them achieve their personal goals, by involving patients in their own individual care & treatment. She practices exercises & stretches appropriate to your physical needs & abilities. She also prints out copies of these exercises & stretches to do @ home & demonstrates each one by example, so that patients have the knowledge how to do these correctly & she recommends also how often they should be done, for example, 5x twice weekly. I would highly recommend Baystate Wing Rehabilitation Care to others. Wait times are reasonable here. Receptionists are polite & welcoming. Convenience of scheduling appointments is an A+. So far, I've had 0 complaints about Wing hospital as a whole. Highly trained team of medical professionals who show care & compassion to their valued patients.
