Swiftly in and out, and the staff is quite friendly and thorough! I've oy been here TWICE ever, but those 2 visits took care of EVERYTHING I needed with ease! I don't even look into ANY OTHER Urgent Care places, as I'm 100% HAPPY with them and the services they give!!
So my Dad came here about a week ago. He didn't have any complaints, but it took him like 2 HOURS! I'm gonna make an educated guess that whatever the cause was for the long visit had more to do WITH HIM vs. The actual place! Because I'm here AGAIN but with my daughter this time and SO FAR SO GOOD!! So his visit is a giant question mark! And he actually didn't even complain about his wait time. I was just shocked personally. Then it clicked.. NOPE! I betcha he was IMPOSSIBLE again like he usually IS!

Excellent urgent care! I made an appointment very easily the night before and when I arrived, I was seen within a half hour of waiting. The staff were very nice and worked very hard to move patients through quickly. The doctor I saw was kind and thorough and explained things well. Highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time rather than walking in.

I made an appointment and got in about 20 minutes later but that's with pretty much every where you go now because everyone is so busy especially with this season. I had an overall pretty good experience. I would recommend this place to someone but I suggest making an appointment. Jen in the front desk was very nice, helpful, and very respectful. Dawn the provider was very caring and took care of my needs right away along with everyone else there. Overall I had a good experience even though I was so sick and scared.

Probably the quickest experience I’ve had at an Urgent Care. I set up an online appointment and filled all forms out before I got there so check-in was a breeze. The doctors were incredibly friendly and efficient. Will be back for future ailments

The ladies that signed me in were amazing. The nurse that did my intake was so nice! I can’t remember her name unfortunately. Donna was also amazing, super straight forward, sounded like she cared about the care she was giving and gave great, real, advice. I got there around 6:30 and was out by 7:15.

I called with a question and was surprised to have them add my name to the cue so I’d have a shorter wait when I arrived. From the front desk to the person who took my vitals to the provider who treated me, everyone was surprisingly friendly, caring, and capable. I felt like I was in good hands.

This was the first time visiting for something minor but needed to be taken care of. Dr Elvis Smith and his staff were very professional, down to earth, friendly and just cool. I received excellent care and all my questions were answered. It was nice to visit a Dr' office that made me feel so comfortable that I was able to joke around with them and still receive professional care. A sense of humor is a wonderful thing and they showed it, yet still acted professional. I'll come here again for sure if need be. 😊 A+

Fast, easy check in process. Super helpful, friendly staff. I was SO happy they’re open on Sundays. It would’ve been rough waiting til Monday to see my PCP.
