Have had appointments consistently cancelled due to schedule change by the Dr. then notified by mail so that I can wait on hold to reschedule. Patient care has been lost in our medical system. Thank you Federal government for the mess you made.

Do not expect a timely response and when u do get a call back its something they could of told you in a second.
Frustrating Useless time waiting for a response
And your call center people (3 pm shift in particular )
are rude and short as well.
So the more I think about this the more frustrating your response .Was my doctor told I could possibly have a stress fracture and still I couldn't get in to see him ? Whose decision was it that I couldn't see my primary care until September its May 28th ? Why even have a so called primary care Doctor if you can't see them ...

The only good thing about this place is some of the doctors. The front desk people are incompetent and lose all of your information even after multiple visits. Everyone in lab and radiology share a single brain cell and don’t bother trying to help you with anything, you’re better off waiting months for an appointment at a practice that actually cares for its patients.

It’s time for me to leave this practice. Not sure why I stayed so long. I called on 2/15 for a new prescription and here we are on 2/23 with no resolution and 20 minutes on hold waiting to ask their team why they lack competence to complete simple tasks. Please go anywhere else.

Consistently awful service. Rude people, no callbacks when promised. Getting refills on Rx is like pulling teeth. If you haven't made the mistake of joining this practice, I urge you to seek care elsewhere.

For 3 years I haven’t been able to get in to see my doctor for being sick. THREE years. They video call me, dismiss me with a quick guessed diagnosis without seeing me and send me on my way with antibiotics that work temporarily until the problem comes back and then the same song and dance all over again. I spend more time in urgent care than the place I’m supposed to be a patient. Who am I supposed to see if I’m sick if I can’t see my own doctor?

This office has canceled or rescheduled my first appointment 4 times! I've never been in the office since I started with them in December! Only reason I haven't changed providers is that if have to wait months for an appointment

If I could give one word for my last experience with this office it would be ‘extortion’. I was originally told I wouldn’t need an appointment to get a non-emergency referral but of course they lied. Now they are trying to get more money out of me. If you want to quality service and not be treated as a cash cow, DO NOT COME HERE
