Doctor Matin came into the Boston road reference lab demanding a specimen cup, during the time he wanted the cup I was in the middle of paperwork with a patient and he did not want to wait. Apparently doctors were never taught how to wait in a line. First come first served. He decided to just walk into the back room where patients were and he created a scene with me, was yelling and demanding for a specimen cup. He then made me cry I had to walk away before I couldn’t breathe anymore and my supervisor then had to step in and remove him from the lab room. So unbelievably unprofessional and inconsiderate. He isn’t any doctor I would like to be seen by and I hope he sees this, you absolutely ruined my lovely Thursday morning “dOCtor MAtiN”. A REAL doctor would have been mature.

Dr. Matin is one in a million. I feel very fortunate to have known him for so long. I am so happy to have him looking out for me and my health. I trust him so much that he is also my son's primary physician now.

Suzanne Hangasky NP is thorough and an excellent choice for primary care. Compassionate and caring. Waiting room is well appointed has a nice homey feel.
