I have been bringing my vehicles here for oil changes for a while now. My parents have always recommended them. We have never had a problem. I am now having some work done on my vehicle. Yesterday I was able to drop my vehicle off, use their loaner vehicle in the meantime and had my car back a few hours later. The work that was done was explained to me afterwards and everyone was very friendly. I will be returning for tires soon. Great place!

The people at DeMore’s are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They do their best to cut cost for me. An estimate was provided but they were able to find a part that was cheaper but with the same quality! A win win for both of us

They gave me a detailed report of what they found with my car, provided an estimate for each item to be repaired and completed the work in a timely manner. Demore’s is a very good place. We moved to Wilbraham from the Boston area and randomly chose Demore’s. We are more than happy with them. They are honest with their pricing and work. It is very hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Demore’s is as good as it gets. They have helped us multiple times. Fixing my Subaru with over 200k miles and making sure we didn’t get ripped off by shady car dealers.

I (unfortunately) needed a couple car repairs recently, but the silver lining is that I found a great new fix-it shop! Demore's Auto Repair shop in Palmer MA was great....provided a free inspection of the basics (tire pressure, fluid levels, etc) and then addressed my reason for being there, as well as the work that needed to be done and the cost. They were professional, explained everything, made recommendations, and were prompt with service and getting my car fixed at very reasonable prices. I recommend them when you need work done on your vehicle!

They were great. They took a look at my car and realized I needed more extensive work so they recommended a place down the street. They didn't charge me for their time in doing a car diagnostic. They gave me a complimentary ride to and from the shop.
