I had a broken tooth and they saw me in 3 days which is very fair. The clinician and nurse were very nice. I recommend them without hesitation.

The nurses here are wonderful. They are so nice, and they take the time to listen to me and are very thorough. I’ve never had a problem with my prescriptions. And I can usually get an appointment fairly quickly. Also their phone service is much better than it used to be!! 10/10! If you call and need a nurse on the phone, they can do that also. I’ve had prescriptions refilled quickly over the phone, and also decent phone appointments. I will go here for as long as I live in this area! Thank you to all the nurses. Especially the ones I saw this past Saturday on 9/7

Horrible, after a year still have NoT ever met a doctor , one nurse practitioner which WE specifically requested a DR due to multiple complication medical and developmental issue with young adult with disabilities.
Never respond, but canceled appt after 8 months of waiting still Dr not available . Asks for simple 1-2 sentence letters for applications and such. No responses!! Horrible health care mgmt would BOT recommend
Also been waiting even longer for a dental appt
So sad how transitioning from 22years with a pediatric dr to adult pcp is this horrible

I called in with a referral for a root canal, I was given an appointment, mind you I drove 50 minutes to get here. When I get in the chair they tell me they don’t do root canal’s there, they only do it in dorchester and that you have to be a patient of theirs. This is really their call centers fault, who ever booked this appointment..let’s just say I am pissed that my time was wasted and my gas…

The worst doctors office I have ever delt with. Lauren the doctor there is completely disrespectful. I needed a script for my acid reflex like nothing serious and I've been taking the medication for over 6 years which she made me wait over a week for which cause a whole lot of problems with my stomach. She doesn't care though she does not care how her patients feel.

Dr. Dib is an excellent and friendly dentist. the hygienists are all very friendly as well. office staff is pleasant. and the wait time is nonexistent. can’t say enough good things about the dental office

Completely worthless individuals. No pain, anxiety meds and they barely even help out with non opioid meds. Have to beg for gout meds. If you ask you're labeled a drug seeker.

I have had multiple bad experiences at that office. I was hit by a car and I needed an appointment to see the doctor for my knee and I needed an orthopedic referral which didn't come for 3 months months. Then they put me on high blood pressure medicine that didn't work ,it took them another 3 months with a very unattentive doctor to put me on something different. Then they make a follow up appointment for a month later to see if this blood pressure medicine is working. Not to mention being the only one in the office on 1 of my visits with no other patients to be seen and waited an hour for a nurse to come and get me after she was reminded twice. It seems to me that the doctors don't seem to have any compassion nor did they care about their patients at all at this location. We seem to be cheap and just another paycheck.
