I 100% recommend Valley Smiles. I went as a new patient for the first time today and not only were the front desk ladies great, the hygienist Sloan was fantastic! She was very thorough with the X-rays and explaining what she was looking for. Dr. Baker was so friendly! Thank yall for curing my fear of the dentist!

I really want to thank every one at Valley Smiles they are So nice and friendly. I started to have tooth pain so I called to see when I could get a appointment. I was able to get one in two days. When I was taken back for an ex ray Dr. Horton said the tooth could not be saved asked me if I wanted extracted? I said yes and they did it really fast. Everyone was professional and very nice. So appreciated thank you all. I Highly recommend Dr. Horton and his staff at Valley Smiles.

I'm Gary S but am using Ed's google. Dr Baker and the hygiene, assistant, and the admin staff are great from the moment you walk in. I was not an established patient but they took me right in when other dentists and dental surgeons wanted 2 weeks for a consult and 4 weeks till surgery/extraction. Dr Baker is so calm, friendly, informative, and caring that he immediately earns the moniker of just "Doc". That is high praise from a patient to a Medical/Dental professional. It is symbolic of how quickly he earns your confidence, trust and respect. Now, he once lived way North of the Mason Dixon but he already has the heart of a true Southerner. Thanks for movin' here Doc.

My experience at Valley Smiles was incredibly refreshing. First of all, I felt like the biggest pain because I was having some unexpected issues with my insurance. The woman at the front desk was so lovely, patient, and helpful. She called my insurance company for me which was so nice of her because I know she didn’t have to do that. She went out of her way to be very resourceful and kind. Sure that’s part of her job, but you can tell she’s just a really great person. Then I got to have my next wonderful experience with the dental hygienist. She was out of this world amazing. So sweet, so thoughtful, and did an incredible job tending to my oral health. The Doctor and the person who collected my payment on the way out were also very kind! Everyone that I came in contact with was an absolute pleasure! Cannot say enough good things!

My husband and I recently moved to Athens and were recommended to this office by the coworker of a local family member. Such great staff, hygenists and dentists! Wonderful experience.
