The care center is convenient for walk ins. It was maybe a 20 minute wait. Mary checked me in and Molly was my provider. She was very thorough and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. She sent in a script for me and I was feeling better in a couple of days. Good experience.

I just never get the procedure how you’re seen at urgent cares across the cape, no matter your symptoms or how many people in the waiting area you still have to wait over 3hrs between the waiting area and examine room. And all these occasions it’s my 3yr old daughter. Today it was just us along with another person who went in 40 minutes before us. I know it’s a Sunday maybe a lot of people are off, but serious question is 3+hrs reasonable for a child? I had my doubts to go to ER but she didn’t needed ER.

I was able to make an appointment ahead of time. Was called in within five minutes of my appointment time. Greeted by the receptionist and had my credit card processed quickly and politely. Once inside the room, the nurse Space took my vitals and asked me about the reason for my visit. She was very kind. Then met with the practitioner who returned with the nurse because it would involve exposing my body which I appreciated that they thought about that.. Had the condition explained to me and the treatment explained in an appropriate manner easy to understand. Also received printouts. The staff were all polite and I appreciated that.

I've been coming to this urgent care for at least five years. My nieces, nephews, sisters, and brothers needed physicals and tuberculosis tests to start school, and the fastest option was paying for the service here. I always appreciate the workers; they are kind and patient, especially since my family doesn't speak English, and I'm always the one interpreting for them. I 100% recommend this urgent care! However, I wish they had a translator to better assist non-English speakers. The one downside I've experienced is the long wait times. Once, we waited for four hours (I'm not even joking).

I made my appointment online. Showed up at the clinic and was called back before my appointment time. Super clean and all the staff were professional. My Medical Assistant and PA were phenomenal. Listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. I am grateful they were open on a Sunday

I made an appointment. I was there on time and was taken in right away. The young girl that checked me in and took notes about my symptoms, was very friendly and kind and professional. The provider, I believe her name was Lauren was exceptional. I’m not a big medicine person. She was very thorough and explained what she thought the virus that I had was. She gave me many options. She Had a great bedside manner And very professional. I highly recommend this facility.

After a week of feeling like the walking, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist (I wish remembered her name) and was shown into a room shortly. Aron Nigh was great! He was thorough and to the point. He told what I had and what I didn’t have. More importantly, he prescribed a minimum of medications geared to treat my symptoms. Too many times when I am a one of the larger medical centers I am told I should take so many things as a precaution. This was exactly what I needed and I wish all healthcare on the Cape was this “old school” personal, professional, and succinct!

I was impressed by the efficient service during check-in. The woman who reviewed my vitals was kind & attentive.
The PA listened to my history and symptoms. She recommended a course of treatment and told me what changes to look for condition and what to do in each case
