Had an appointment for 11:00 AM and was already triaged before that time and the doctor came in before 11. She REALLY listened to me about my history with chronic sinusitis and bronchitis. She listened to me about what prescriptions worked and what didn't. The first two she suggested I told her they hadn't worked in the past, she LISTENED! Some doctors need to let you know they are the smartest person in the room, even if it keeps you sick. Not yesterday! We agreed TOGETHER on a treatment plan and I am hopefully on the mend. Thank You all for great service and care!

I was seen Saturday 2/1/25 @ 9 something in the morning. The had all the incorrect info when I was there 3 weeks prior with RSV, didn’t have any issues when I went that time. This time I went in with sharp rib pain it hurts to breathe and I have an autoimmune condition and am experiencing a breakout so I have hives everywhere I am very uncomfortable. I expressed this to them. I never got my script. I had to go back and fourth with them and the pharmacy wasting my weekend and my gas when I have a 1 year old that I need to be taking care of. The lady over the phone at this urgent care had an attitude telling me that my script was in fact at the pharmacy and comes to find out they sent over the WRONG SCRIPT so my insurance won’t cover that script until the 8th AFTER they already sent over my script to the wrong pharmacy so again I spent alllllll day trying to get this script while being in pain. They closed at 5 so I after this nightmare of going back and fourth I never got the medication that I desperately needed. I am very disappointed with our healthcare system nowadays because it is awful. No one cares to do there job CORRECTLY. Now I have to wait till Monday or spend my entire night in the ED if I can find a baby sitter.

Easy to sign up for an appointment. Brought in on time. Personnel from reception to RN to PA provided exceptional service. Documentation of past history, complaints and examination were very thorough.

Immediately suspected pneumonia and sent me to second Urgent Care to confirm it with chest x-rays. Called within minutes of receiving the results and gave specific instructions on how to treat it. He also composed a summary for my doctor on My Chart Plus.

Easy appointment on line! Very nice, helpful staff, was attended right on time! Would have liked to stay longer to talk to staff! I needed stiches and they were so careful to make sure it looked perfect with minimal scar!

Went to rule out a broken ankle. Waited less than 10 minutes without checking in ahead. Didnt have xray on site but they immediatly told me that and arranged for an xray at another facility 10 minutes away. Took longer to drive to the xray and back home than the actual encounters. Entire experience was an hour max. Amazing! How health care should be:
