I never write reviews. This is my first.
The reason: I hope to prevent anyone else from ordering a $300 rental without being sure you get what you really are asking for.
I had a triple laminectomy and needed a chair to raise and lower me from a standing position. I can not bend, lift or twist for 6 weeks.
I was delivered a full size leather recliner, the type you’d buy as a part of your living room set.
It was too big for me (my height and weight was given to staff).
It was delivered late Thursday. I gave it a couple tries Friday and realized no way. Therapease is closed weekends and I called Monday ato have it picked up as it was taking up a lot of space and useless. Unfortunately, they can’t offer a rebate. I offered to pay for pick up and delivery.
A family owned business?
A little consideration goes a long way in my opinion.
This was not a rush job, I requested a chair 5/27 and delivery was scheduled 7 days after.
When I called for pickup was told I needed a Geri chair. Thank you Therapease.

I wish I had something better to say but I have called and not recieved a call back more than once. It just happened yet again except this time I could overhear the staff talking about how they were going to redirect (ignore) my call. Might want to put me on hold next time. I asked for a call back that never happened, again. I waited months for my CPAP to be repaired and it has never worked the same. I was told when they finally repaired it that I was lucky they found a part from someone else who had died. Who says that to a customer? In any case I am done being ignored and treated like I am a disruption in their day. I hope you have better luck but I have a busy schedule and do not have the time for this, not that they care.

I have been here over the years for a few things that were fortunately "one and done" visits, and have always been super happy with the people that work here and their level of knowledge.
But I write a review because most-recently my family and I have been here working on fitting my mom, who has dimentia, with a CPAP. Lisa has been nothing short of amazing. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us, even on her days off❤️ patience, caring,humor,true dedication to her clients. We are forever grateful.

I've been wearing compression stockings for almost two years. My initial purchase location offered little assistance and very little guidance regarding care, donning and finding the right fit for me. My visit with Pat was so positive, I was so very happy I made the hour plus trip to ensure I was making the right decisions and using the proper technique to don and to care for my stockings. Pat was concerned, took great care and asked very thoughtful questions. Pat provided very positive guidance. I felt I was talking to a dear and trusted friend. Thank you!! Visiting this location was a game changer for me.

My cpap stopped working. After almost 3 weeks of dealing with Cape Medical being lied to and given the run around I called Therap-Ease. I worked with Lisa told her what happened and what I needed. In literally just a few hours she had a replacement unit, spoke with my insurance co, and did my paperwork. The next day I got a call it was allset and was able to pick up the replacement machine. I couldn't be more happy. This is what customer service really looks like.

Therap-ease is an absolute blessing. They were not only well mannered, but also incredibly honest. Whether you're recovering from a surgery or have an elderly family member with mobility needs, they have what you need, and if they don't, they'll point you in the right direction. Hard to find places like this anymore. Would recommend to anyone!

Shawn was amazing during the most difficult time of my life. I brought home both parents at the end of November to home hospice and he took the time to talk to me along with setting up all the equipment needed during this time. I lost both parents by December 3rd and when I needed not to see the equipment he rushed to have his company come retrieve the equipment. I really appreciated his assistance and his time. I’d refer them to anyone that needs medical equipment either for home hospice through Cranberry Hospice or that just requires medical equipment in general. They are a great bunch of people.
