We needed some equipment for our sick toddler and I was anxious about calling to arrange, thinking it would take days to get a request in and scheduled. The rep I spoke with was so polite, professional and got us an appointment the next day to have the equipment delivered! The rep who delivered the machine was efficient and polite, as well! Great experience and really great customer service. Thank you!

Denise was awesome in her knowledge in the use of the machine. While she did cover everything she needed and allowed for questions… she spoke very quickly and this is all overwhelming…. I know I can follow up and she directed me to a number of resources … great place for this device

Glenn was so great in going over everything thoroughly. I no longer felt intimidated by the machine and how to go through the settings. He also wanted to make sure that I had masks to try to fit me to make it as comfortable as possible, thank you!

They helped me through the process of receiving my Libre sensor & reader. Bc my insurance changed, I was having issues reordering my prescription. The rep reached out to me & asked what the problem was & provided me with whom I had to call to remove my old insurance before it would be covered by my new primary ins.

I don't like the fact that I have to use a CPAP machine, but the lady at Home Care Specialists made the process as painless as possible. Very informative and helpful, answered all my questions thoroughly, I was glad I got to work with who I worked with.
