Edit 12/11/24: The manager called me and asked me to take down my review then began to argue with me about how I’m in the wrong for leaving a poor review. Very unprofessional and inappropriate, I’ll be going elsewhere for any further medical equipment. There’s another review where they publicly responded to someone’s bad review asking them to take it down.

I sent Healthcare DME an order for a Bledsoe/locking knee brace over a week before my surgery, I was supposed to receive it several days before, but I didn’t receive it until after my surgery. And by the time I got it, it was the wrong brace!

I told the delivery guy that it wasn’t the correct brace and he told me that I still had to sign for it. Trying to get a hold of someone to discuss this issue has been frustrating and tiresome. I already found myself on a wild goose chase when I was trying to inquire about the delivery status of my brace, not sure why I expected a different issue to be any different.

The brace that I needed should be almost the full length of my leg, not a “universal knee brace”

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants a stress free and timely experience. Do better.

THIS COMPANY PAYS FOR GOOD REVIEWS. Don't believe them. They recently sent me the wrong CPAP supplies. I called three times over three weeks to get the correct supplies sent. Each time, they insisted they would have someone come to my house to exchange the supplies. After the third time, they finally did, but in that time i lost one of the tiny, disposable filters. They would not give me the correct filters since I couldn't return the wrong one they sent me. Petty, unprofessional, hard to work with.

Managers, if you're reading this, DO NOT CALL ME like you've called the other writers of accurate reviews. In fact, never call me again.

Probably the rudest and worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer. I’m prescribed nutrition for gastroparesis and was told by my healthcare provider to come to this specific location to set up home delivery. The girl at the counter didn’t even make eye contact with me, got snarky and snatched my prescription from me. Then they refused to even look at the prescription because they believed I didn’t have a feeding tube (how would they even know if I had one under my coat, discriminatory much?) and refused to help me at all. Awful experience, listen to the other reviews.

First came in and dropped off my prescription for a blood pressure machine. Lady said she was there alone just taking calls and said she would have somebody call me tomorrow to answer my questions and get my prescription submitted. Nobody called. I called 2 days later and they hadn't done anything with it so they submitted that day. Told me I should get a call the next day with a status update. Many days went by and nothing so I called on Monday and was told that they'd call be back within half an hour. They never did. Insurance notified me this morning that my machine was denied due to lack of records. I'm sure it had something to do with the awful communication in the office. I just went out and bought one myself because I'm sick of dealing with this nonsense and I need a machine to watch when my pressure keeps fluctuating all over. Don't bother with this place and their promises for calls that never come.

Just had a CPAP setup by Chelsea. She was super knowledgable on respiratory therapy fundamentals as well as CPAP setup. I was able to special order supply items not in stock for automated delivery. The excellent customer service is a welcome change from my past supplier.

Long story short: I gave them a prescription for a medical need, they said they would call me when they were able to give me my item. They never did. I’ve tried contacting them, and still did not receive my medical item. Now, I do not have the prescription paper to get what I need filled at a different home medical store because they have it/lost it. My Dr is sending me a new script and my medical care is delayed. The store seemed run down and unorganized.

I chose Healthcare DME for my PAP therapy needs based on the convenience of the location. When I came in for the appointment I was greeted promptly and every one seemed helpful. Pari explained the device and supplies and walked through all the information I needed to be successful using the machine at home. It was quick and painless.
